  The owners of this company were apparently out of town. So I waited and waited and waited for almost 2 hours because I was not aware! Some random person came and told me they were not in town and to request a refund. I was told the owners are very nice and professional BUT I did not get to experience that. I don’t blame them, I blame TRIP ADVISOR. Only good thing was my refund was processed before I got back to the states. Very bummed I did not get to take these pics- it was going to be the highlight of my trip. ALSO DONT BOOK BEFORE YOU GET THERE- it’s CHEAPER to book IN NASSAU. ($150 vs $200)

  this was a great experience. I loved the photos; however, I didn't receive my edited photos or the video back yet. They said they would send it by the end of the week, and I have not received it yet. If it wasn't for that, I would have given them 5 stars.

  I booked the kayak photoshoot well in advance and was genuinely excited. While the staff on-site were kind and tried their best, the experience itself was chaotic and poorly organized. What you don’t realize from the listing is that the kayak is placed just offshore in an area crowded with snorkelers, children, and families—just convey this! I was hit in the head by a ball during the shoot and had an exchange with the child’s family, which completely ruined the mood. The shoot itself felt rushed, and there was little direction or coordination. I tipped the team and was told to email options for editing. This is when I was told the guy who hit me in the headed couldn't be edited out of my photo?! Ughhhh cause he should have never been there. LOL When I brought my concerns to the owner, I was dismissed and told that I received my pictures and should be satisfied. I wasn’t asking for a full refund—just a partial one to reflect the final product and experience. Owner TEXTED me as if formal communication wasn't appropriate. Unfortunately, the owner showed no interest in resolving the issue or offering any customer service.As someone who values quality travel experiences, I hope they reconsider how they receive customer feedback in the future.

  I had a great experience love everything about it. It was amazing. I had so much fun on the water. I had got to look so cute and beautiful and all the people are so nice and perfect and intelligence.

  Really fun and cute! The service was super friendly, they helped with poses. You get a lot of photos. Cant wait to come back and do it again!

  I love my photos. The weather was beautiful when you come ask for Stacy she was super helpful.. the stuff was nice they helped me with the poses… totally recommend…. It’s not to far from the port .. it walking distance….. must try….
