5.00Our trip to Blue Lagoon was great even though we had a problem with agency because they rescheduled our trip in the last moment. It happened because the system made mistake and our reservation was not accepted. Although, we are very thankful to Rebeca (sorry if we misspelled it) for understanding us when we had a misunderstanding. She was very kind and gave us many options to choose between, many discounts, other transport options to Valletta and she was sorry and apologized many times. Also, all of the other people who are working there are very kind and understanding. In the end, we had a great time and great experience with the people working there.
