クルソナス村で料理教室を行っています。超ファミリーフレンドリー!プログラムは少なくとも 4 時間続きます。まず、クレタ島料理と軽食でお客様をお迎えします。メニューについて話し合い、季節のオプション(ビーガンかどうか)から何を作りたいかを選択できます。次に、農場を訪れます。ヤギとヒツジに餌をやります。夏であれば、ヤギの乳を搾ることもできます。メニューを選択すると(ビーガンかどうかに関係なく)、果樹園から有機野菜を集めに行きます。自然を探索し、新鮮な空気を吸い、植物に関する重要な情報を学び、もちろん新鮮な野菜を切る体験をします。そして果物。野菜を集めると、食事の準備と調理が始まります。私たちと一緒にクレタ料理のすべての秘密を学びましょう。 (季節によってはチーズの試食・見学も可能です。) 出来上がったらベランダで絶景を眺めながらのんびりと召し上がれます。快適な靴と服を着ることを忘れないでください。料理のレッスンはブドウの木の陰になります。また、料理教室は家族向けのアクティビティとして最適です。 1日地元で暮らす。

Sevi and her family are so welcoming. We had an amazing time learning to cook Cretian food. This was the highlight of our trip. We made the most delicious food with produce grown and made on the farm. We even got to feed the lovely goats. Couldn't recommend this enough, you'll have a lovely time meeting new people and being guided to make tasty food by Sevi and her lovely mum.

We have attended many cooking classes, but this one was by far the best! Sevi was a fantastic hostess – warm, well organised and with a real passion for cooking. We especially loved the fact that we were allowed to decide for ourselves what to cook. This has made the course very personal and individual. The ingredients were all fresh and high quality, and the food was just delicious. The atmosphere was also great – a colorful, friendly round with great people, in which you immediately felt comfortable. A big plus was that the children were thought of: They had enough space to play and could even feed goats – a real highlight for the little ones! Thank you, Sevi, for this special experience. We will definitely come back!

We just left the farm! This is a phenomenal experience, we felt welcomed into their home. The tour of the farm was great, followed by a fantastic cooking class that allowed us to pick our dishes we got to make. It was really a special experience made even more special by our host. It’s a true family affair.

Sevi was amazing, we had the best time during our excursion. We were on a cruise ship and needed to be back at port by a certain time, and she helped ensure we got back to town. The food was delicious and I cannot wait to try making it all again at home!

A favorite experience of our week in Greece! Sevi was so knowledgeable and fun, and she and her family were so warm and welcoming. The farm was only about 20-30 minutes from Heraklion. The experience was a fun mix of learning, cooking, exploring, eating and relaxing. We had family members from 9 to 77 years old, and everyone enjoyed it!

We had the best experience in this professionally taught class, and highly recommend this to all! We began by visiting the farm and seeing and feeding goats and a donkey. We collected warm, fresh eggs that were just laid by the chickens! We picked herbs to use in our meal. Our friendly and hospitable chef Sévi served us wonderful homemade appetizers, while describing the delectable choices of each portion of the meal, and selecting our favorites to prepare from the menu was tough. The time on task was both thoroughly enjoyable and perfectly timed. It was a special treat making her mom’s dessert under her tutelage. The meal was absolutely delicious, and we loved eating on the patio while enjoying the spectacular view!

Sevi and her mom were absolutely wonderful. It felt like coming over to a friends house and helping with lunch. The orchard and taverna are absolutely stunning. I would have spent my whole trip here if they would let me stay. On top of the dishes being seasonal, Sevi will provide you recipes for all the dishes they offer year round. I could not recommend this experience more!
