  It was quite informative and not too spooky. Britnee the guide cracked jokes along the tour and made it a fun experience despite the serious topics we discussed. Definitely recommend for anyone in Philly.

  We had so much fun!! Brittni was an amazing tour guide, extremely knowledgeable and made the stories SO interesting. We are super glad we took this tour and learned a lot of interesting facts along the way. I’ll never forget who wrote the preamble to the constitution :)

  I had Christs (hope I'm spelling it right) was a phenomenal tour guide. This was the first tour for me on my first evening in Philly, and it was such a fun introduction to the city. She was knowledgeable and entertaining, and that may be due to her background as a teacher. I really enjoyed hearing more about the seedier beginnings of the city. It was great in both length and content. Something for everyone - scandals, ghost stories, and grossness - all was worth it. I ended up taking another tour during the day that followed as truly appreciate what this tour company has to offer.

  Britney and Andrea were amazing tour guides! It is a lot of standing but overall a great time to learn history and the myths and legends of the birthplace of US!

  The Grim Philly Dark Philly Adult Night Tour was fantastic! Christa was an amazing tour guide—funny, enthusiastic, and incredibly knowledgeable. She brought Philadelphia's dark history to life with engaging stories and great energy that kept everyone entertained from start to finish. Her passion for the city's history was obvious, and she made the tour both informative and memorable. I highly recommend this tour, especially if you have Christa as your guide!

  This was a great tour covering many of the historical sites around downtown Philly with many lesser known darker facts about the city and its history. Our tour guide, Christa, is a local and lifetime resident of Philly and presented information in a fun and engaging way. Many of the things presented were not what you learn in history class but are totally true and provide a better understanding of the founding of this country and the time period in general.
