  I was very impressed with my experience of Viator. I booked the departure transfer online and had prompt communication on potential pickup times. Our driver arrived early which enabled us to leave on time, and he was very friendly, informative and professional. I will definitely be looking at day trips with Viator on our next visit to Beirut based on the high standard of our driver.

  The ride was very comfortable. The driver made sure that since we were travelling with a baby, he drove smoothly. They even had a car seat for my daughter, that was an added benefit with them.

  We visited Lebanon for 10 days and booked Lebanon local tours for all our tours. They were brilliant, always punctual, very reasonable as compared to the other agents and very convenient. I would highly recommend them.
