Teatro Massimo

She was incredibly knowledgeable about the city’s history, and her passion for Palermo really came through in the way she shared stories and context throughout the tour. She was also very friendly and engaging, which made the experience even more enjoyable. We especially appreciated her great recommendation for lunch between the walking tour and our visit to Palazzo dei Normanni.

5.00Our guide Vincz ( or Obi Vincz Kanobi ) as he is fondly called is the most passionate guide I’ve ever had. His love of Palermo is seen through his knowledge of Palermo and its cultural food scene. He was a joy to share the street food tour with. We can’t recommend him highly enough to enjoy a fun and food packed evening food tour.

4.00Our guide was very friendly and enthusiastic, good with the group. We covered a reasonable amount of territory and used the time well talking about social and political history, architecture, etc. Palermo is a very noisy, chaotic place so I and a few others found it hard to hear her often. A few people dominated with questions so in the future it may be helpful to tell the group what the question was, then answer it, so we all can learn.
