  My friends and I had a wonderful time on our walking tour of Asakusa with Hirose-san. He was flexible, attentive to our interests, and showed us several hidden gems we might never have seen on our own. He also took plenty of group pictures for us, pointed out high quality or popular souvenir options, and skillfully managed the schedule and pacing. As a longtime local with broad experiences, he taught us so much about Japanese history and culture. He seemed ready to dive into any topic and had impressive depth of knowledge across many areas. His sincerity came through in every part of the tour, and he truly went above and beyond—helping my friend track down several items they were hoping to purchase. We’re very grateful for such a thoughtful and enriching experience thanks to Hirose-san.

  We had a wonderful 2 day private tour around some populate spots and many hidden gems we didn’t expect to see. Our guide Kazuo Hirose was wonderful in every way. He adapted our itinerary to our likes and dislikes and made sure to show us the real Tokyo. We even got a mini Tokyo food tour as he showed us the best places for sushi, Japanese red bean filled pancakes, green tea, takoyaki meats on a stick, Japanese curry and as many coffee stops as we wanted. We visited the shensoji temple , the Meiji Shrine, the Imperial palace and even the amazing Tokyo Skytree. We were very pleased with Hirose as our guide.

  We thank Kazuo Hirose for this wonderful afternoon. Very good mood and friendly he has already received us. Afterwards he showed us quite great the sights in the area and explained. He also showed us a lot of great, small shops, with tradition that probably would never have been found. We also thank you very much for the flexibility in the tour. He has fully followed our wishes. It was also particularly interesting for us that he answered a lot of questions about the Japanese and their everyday lives. Very exciting, very entertaining, Kazuo, thank you for this unforgettable afternoon.

  I had a wonderful tour experience with Mr Hirose Kazuo. He was very kind, understanding, professional, warm, and made the entire experience very enjoyable for myself and my friend. He followed the tour itinerary perfectly and explained everything clearly. He provided great insight into the area’s history and culture and showed us many different wonderful shops and restaurants.
