  Very misleading tour description and disappointing customer service. Our original tour was cancelled at the last minute due to a driver breakdown, and we only found out after waiting 30 minutes past pickup time. We agreed to reschedule, which forced us to rearrange our plans for the week. The next day, the driver arrived but drove erratically and spent most of the journey on his phone, making us feel unsafe. Upon reaching the departure point, we discovered the tour was not as advertised. We were told it was primarily a dolphin tour, not a dolphin-and-whale tour, and that the snorkeling location had little marine life or coral to see. This information came from the captain of the boat, and even said "we only go to dolphins". The boat was also going to be extremely cramped, with 13 people on board and 2 captains. We chose not to board the boat and were instead taken on an alternative island tour. While Chamarel was beautiful, it was not what we had booked, and the driver provided very little commentary as he remained on his phone throughout much of the trip. We were in the car for hours, just driving around. The return journey was equally uncomfortable, with aggressive driving on wet, winding mountain roads. Overall, the experience was poorly organized, misleadingly advertised, and felt unsafe. If you're looking for dolphin or whale tours in Mauritius, there are many better and more affordable options available.

• Swimming with dolphins but without whale watching, and instead of 4.5 hours, the tour lasts only 2 hours.

  The experience was amazing, we were so lucky to see a family of sperm whales! There was a week without being able to see any and today we could be an hour with them, unique experience. Also thanks to the boat drivers and the transfer driver Preethvi, such a good guy, local from Mauritius and completely recommend to ask for him. Rating this 10/10

  Too many boats, jostling, and returning on board without having seen the dolphins. No sperm whale replaced by a visit to Chamarel. Nice site and very pleasant and interesting driver.

  Great full day out especially if you’ve been a little too exposed to the heat and need a big of a break. View points are spectacular. Lots to learn about and a lovely way to see true Mauritian culture. The adventure park is great fun, my kids loved it and we plan to go again next time we are here. Can’t speak highly enough of our driver, such a lovely manner with impeccable manners, local knowledge and can have a nice chat about pretty much anything between stops if you want to. Car in nice condition too.
