• EBC trek was made easy, memorable and joyful by Mission Summit team

  Out interactions with Mission Summit helped us prepare for the EBC trek. Damu patiently answered all our doubts before the trek. All arrangements of airport pickup, hotel stay, food etc. was taken care by Damu. Once we landed in Kathamandu, Punam briefed about the trek itinerary. Then came the man who made the impossible into possible, Mr. Kamal Pandey, our guide, within minutes he took us into confidence that, we all can make it to EBC by just following his instructions. Yes, he was able read each one of our strength and weakness. Accordingly, he slowed down our trek and changed the itinerary to suite to our speed. Kamal use to keep us entertained by the mountain and places stories, use to play bollywood music . Best part is, he even guided what to eat and what to avoid in breakfast, lunch and dinner. He even helped with medicine for some us. The porters Narsingh and Damar were very helpful throughout the journey. Thank you Mission Summit team - Damu, Punam, Kamal Pandey. You are the most experienced and reliable.

  I am 61 years old women from Guyana and living in USA, who came Nepal for Everest base camp trek with Mission Summit Treks. My dream comes true. I enjoyed every moments since my arrival to completion of my trek. Damu Mainali was my guide who treated so well that I feel myself as a part of his family. I remembered my slow pace of walking on which he waited me and helped to carry my bag. He suggested to drink plenty of water and good food that made me strong enough to reach base camp. His guidance and customization of the EBC trekking itinerary as according to my walking speed was awesome that I didnot suffer much on the challenging trail from Phakding to Namche and phungi Thanga to Tengboche. I thanks Punam Phuyal who treked with me. We did lot of fun on the trail. She was like my daughter but became my friend in every steps of my struggle. The memorable pictures and videos we made together will be a life time memory. I also want to thanks the porter Nir Kumar who carried my duffle bag and helped to serve food. I love the way he returned from tea house after putting the bags just to take us and help me to carry my day bag. I am so proud that I did EBC trek in my 60s. I always recommend mission Summit Treks and Expedition for the best trekking in Nepal. It is the best trekking company in Nepal that gives best services and friendly environment that touches my heart. • Easy and enjoyable EBC

  Had an amazing experience during the trek. The mission summit team paid special attention to details during planning, during trecking and at the end as well to ensure we enjoy the trek and are safe as well. I highly appreciate the professional knowledge and experience of our chief gude Kamal Pandeyji. He guided and provided personal attention as required. Once I had knee issue while trecking and he ensured I was given right medication, and message to ensure I was ready for next day. Kamal and team went out of their way to help us with carrying our day luggage as well. Made sure we enjoyed delicious food on the way, again he supported by helping the cook as well. Kamalji was more of a friend who ensured we reached our goal of EBC on time. Special thanks to our bearers Narsing and Damar who were very humble and respectful, professionals. Damu as the lead of Mission summit is a very reliable and reasonable professional. Special thanks to him for answering all our questions (sometimes repeat questions as well) with lots of patience and smile.   Our trek to the Everest Base Camp was an unforgettable experience, and a huge part of that was thanks to our amazing guide. He was incredibly kind, thoughtful, and supportive throughout the entire journey. He always made sure everyone felt safe, comfortable, and motivated, no matter how difficult the day was. His positive attitude, patience, and genuine care for the group made the trek even more special.   It was a great experience. I was bot confidant of achieving it, due to my over weight and fitness. But, with the help of our guide Kamal pandey and also supportive porters, i was able to achieve it and i am really thankful to the team. The guide was very knowledgeable and also motivating.   We had such a fantastic experience on our Everest Base Camp hike thanks to our awesome sherpas, Damu and his Team. From the very beginning to the end, everything was handled with professionalism and care. Even when we ran into some delays because of the weather in Lukla, they had a backup plan in place, making sure we still had plenty of time to acclimate properly. Damu and his Team were incredibly knowledgeable, attentive, and genuinely looked out for everyone's safety and well-being. They kept checking on us, giving us encouragement during the tough parts of the trek (Bistare! Bistare! but keep going 😅), and shared insights about local culture and the environment. All the logistics — accommodations, meals, transportation — were super smooth. And whenever little issues popped up, they managed everything quickly and effortlessly. The team made sure everyone felt supported and part of the group, which created a positive vibe that made the whole adventure even more memorable. I also have to give big respect to our hardworking porters — they did an amazing job. I absolutely recommend this organizer to anyone planning to trek to Everest Base Camp. They truly made this once-in-a-lifetime trip safe, fun, and unforgettable!

  I would like to commend Mission Summit Trek Team, esp Damu for the excellent service he and his team provided us all through out the journey going to EBC. Damu was very hands-on in managing all the needs and demands of our team. There were delays of flight going to Lukla due to the bad weather but he made sure everything was taken care of. Despite the change of itinerary (due to the delays) everything went well and all of us, 10 members, were able to reach EBC! Kudos to the service of Mission Summit Trek, Damu, his team - our guide and porters! Thank you! Highly recommended!

  We had Mission Summit Treks & Expedition as our trekking guide this month April 2026 and Damu as our lead guide is the best local guide you can have in the whole Nepal. He speaks perfect Nepali, Hindi and English so communication won't be an issue. He will take care you of you from Day 1 up to the last. From the best food, best tea houses in the Khumbu Region, acclimatization, checking the condition of the whole team and the flights Kathmandu-Lukla-Kathmandu. If you are looking for the best guide in the Himalayas, Damu and the Mission Summit Treks & Expedition is the guy. Whether it's EBC, Annapurna or any other route, they are the experts.   Kamal has immense experience of the mountains. He was our guide to EBC trek. We were slow movers, based on our pace he adjusted the itinerary and made sure we reach our goal. He also suggested us what to eat and avoid all along. The job of guide is not just tell customer that make them Happy but suggest that help us achieve our goal, Kamal is that guy. He took us to some places like we got opportunity to see Yeti head and how scientific data collected?
