日02/03：ラサ市：ラサ市での2日間の観光ツアー（B＆D）

ホテルでポタラ宮殿、ジョカン寺院とBarkhor Bazaar、Drepung修道院とSera修道院 - O / Nをご覧ください。
4日目：ラサ - ギャンツェ（3950m）250 Kmからシガツェ（3900m）90 Km（B）
Tashilunpo Monastery
Yamadroke湖を通ってGyantseまでドライブし、ハイパス：LA LA（5,010m）とKamba La（4,794m） - Pholkor＆Kumbum修道院を含むGyantseの観光。午後：典型的なチベットの田園地帯を通ってXigatseへの風光明媚なドライブ（1.5時間） - ホテル。

Mount Everest Base Camp
ShigatseからEverest Base Campまでは、Gyatsola（5,200 m）とPangla Pass（5,250 m）の2つの高山パスを通過します。途中で、あなたは山を含むヒマラヤピークの魅力的な見解を賞賛する機会があります。マカルー（8,463m）、ローツェ（8,516m）、エベレスト（8,848m）、チョオユ（8,201m）とシーシャパンガマ（8,020m）（パス上、左から右へ） EBCで素晴らしい夕日をお楽しみください。ほとんどの訪問者はエベレストの夕日が日の出よりも魅力的であると認めていますが、チケットごとに一度だけEBCに行くことができるので、グループは日の入りまたは日の出のどちらを見るかを選択できます。ゲストハウス（4km）からE.B.Cまでは約2時間かかります。またはミニバスで運転することを選ぶことができます。 チベットで最も高い修道院であるRongbuk修道院は修道士と修道女の両方に住む場所です。あなたは修道院を探索し、進行中の儀式を知覚することができます。

5.00Our friends introduced us to Mountain Sun Valley, and Rajendra was incredibly helpful throughout the whole process. He patiently waited for us at the airport, even when we arrived a few hours later than planned, and his warm and welcoming presence made us feel instantly at home in Nepal. The transportation and hospitality provided were truly thoughtful, allowing us to relax after a long day of trekking. Our guides, Kami and Pasang, are genuinely the most caring and amazing people we've ever met. They took wonderful care of us during our 15 days in the mountains, treating us like family, and we couldn’t be more grateful for their kindness and service. These two men truly deserve a raise! We're already looking forward to returning to Nepal in 2028, and a heartfelt thank you to Sun Valley for making our trip unforgettable!

He is extremely helpful, detailed and organized and I know things will run smoothly when he takes care of all of the details. Our guide Mingma Sherpa was absolutely wonderful and we hope to do many more treks with him. Thank you Rajendra and Mingma for making our holiday perfect!

5.00There is a good company with literate staff. We were walking with Jit Tamang like guide. He told a lot about the region, local people and other many interesting things. He led us all the way, help with necessary things, helped to find experienced climbing guide for Island peak! It seems, that the company can decide all your traveling questions.

5.00Had an amazing experience trekking solo with my amazing guide Bhakat From Nepal 36 years of experience & hes such a great explainer he has great English & very easy to talk to especially with answering questions & helping with gear hes got a Plethora of knowledge & more experience than you'd imagine - genuinely had a great summit of Thorong La Pass & the Annapurna Circuit im March " for my birthday " wich was a great experience here & made all the better with my guide Bhakat - we made quite the team 💛💪🏻💪🏻

5.00My granddaughter and I planned to do a short trek to Pikey Peak. Unfortunately, I broke down on Day 1. Too old, I think. Our guide, Tek, was absolutely a life saver. He went so far above and beyond the brief. He was so kind and compassionate. He rearranged the trip to use Jeeps, he was always looking out for our welfare. Honestly, I would have been in a big problem without his care. Mountain Sun valley and the owner, Rajendra were marvellous. Once we were safely back to Kathmandu, Rajendra and Tek also arranged some great day trips. I can't recommend them highly enough when you visit Nepal.
Just a glimpse of a journey that touched my heart.
