  Arrival: There was a representative to meet and greet us within 90-seconds of deboarding the aircraft; she had a sign with our name clearly displayed. She walked us through the entry process and to the baggage claim area. We retrieved our baggage and she walked us through the final passport control area. We were then directed to the Sandals lounge for refreshments and transportation. Departure: There was a representative to meet and greet us within 60-seconds of entering the departure doors; she had a sign with our name clearly displayed. She walked us through Delta security and ticket desk. She directed us to the security check-point and provided instructions to the VIP lounge after clearing the security check-point area. We checked in the VIP lounge, enjoyed refreshments until out boarding time.

  You timing and service was spot on got to and from our resort very smoothly and in and out customs quickly and the check in was quick and easy.

  PROS: I saw the benefits of this service when departing St.Lucia, I was able to bypass the long security line. Verna really had wonderful customer service. There is not a lot of places to sit, so the VIP lounge was nice. This is just an escort service through the airport, you still need transportation to your hotel. CON: When arriving I didn’t see the benefit of the service. We were put in an expedited line but other “expedited service” companies were able to jump in front of our group.
