• Amazing chilled fun tour guide

  I traveled to Cappadocia with my friend and joined a group tour with Ozgur. We asked Özgür for his trip advisor link as the day was exceptional. He has a very chilled approach and works with the group to ensure ultimate comfort. There was a driver in the mini van that we were able to leave our belongings in and they offered us water all day at no charge. Ozgur even treated us to coffee in one of the historic spots. There was no hidden fees and when we had stop offs to the pottery and souvenir shops Özgür ensured to let us know there is no obligation to purchase anything that we do not want to. Ozgur was amazing at taking pictures of us where the great spots were. 100% recommend!

  Three perfect days in Cappadocia for two adults and two children, thanks to Okan and his agency. The airport transfer was punctual both to and from, and the one-day tour in Cappadocia with an Italian-speaking guide (everything was fine, including the guide, I don't remember the name, but I know she has two twins; we had a great time and she explained everything calmly), Hot air balloon tour at a great price and everything was organized Jeep tour at sunset (my daughters were thrilled) In short, perfect

  Travel planners were meticulous in their planning. Had a zoom call prior to our trip with detailed briefing and their accommodation our very request. Our trip went with clockwork precision. Mehmet Emin was on Hand 24/7 and accommodated all our changes we decided on efficiently. He was extremely responsive. His responses were instantaneous!!!!! First time for us for a travel agent. His accommodation. Planned do us were really at good locations and reasonable. Our tour guides were excellent. We had Mustafa Kemal in Ephesus and Serhat Dermici were just amazingly extraordinary. They had such. Deep knowledge of historical and biblical sites. We learnt so much from them. We also met Ahmet Sonel , Emin’s partner, on the last day who so kindly came all the way to see us off. They have set a very high standard for a travel agent and tour guides. I would undoubtedly recommend them. They really care about your enjoyment and safety in Turkey.

  Mr. Okan arranged airport shuttle service and one day private tour for us. The communication was clear and his responses were always fast. Our tour guide, Mr. Salkan had great hospitality too, and made sure that we understand everything through the tour. Overall, we had a good experience as family and I highly recommend Tailored Turkey Tours by Supernova!

  I contacted Okan from New Zealand to organise my tours in Turkey, as I was on a very tight timeframe I wanted to cram as much in as possible, Okan was wonderful at organising this and nothing seemed to be to much for him! Multiple flights, transfers, two separate day trips even including Red and Green in Cappadocia was just amazing! Absolutely beautiful sites :). My guide in Cappadocia Memo was fantastic, his English, knowledge and passion for what he spoke about was excellent - i felt like i had known him for years!
