  This what a great tour, spent with tour guide Sky. Sky gave a lot of history related to Kichijoji and was informative, patient and optimistic. He was a perfect tour guide for this tour. Thank you to Sky and Mr Yamamoto for the professionalism and courtesy! This tour was a good value and enjoyable! Highly recommend!

  Thanks a lot for a pleasant time. Our guide was friendly and showed us various places in Kichijoji. I especially enjoyed seeing some antique shops. They gathered several fantastic potteries across the country. I felt like I saw something of Japanese culture. Two hours weren’t enough and I’d like to visit again.

  There were some shopping streets with a wide variety of small stores with its unique character. I happened to know Tanabata star festival when we visited a small temple. It was a nice experience to write my wish on a tanzaku (a small piece of paper) and hang it up as part of the celebration.

  The guide was incredibly informative about the area and willing to share her knowledge with us. Without the help of the guide, I could not have understood the neighborhood well enough in a limited time. I highly recommend the tour es for the first timers to Kichijoji

  It was a wonderful walking tour to experience local atmosphere in suburban Tokyo. Our guide provided us with interesting stories about Kichijoji ranging from a great earthquake that triggered the creation of this city 350 years ago to recent trends of many retail stores we visited.

  We can visit many places that aren’t introduced in travel books. I can learn the traditional culture of Japanese and feel the modern cultures.

  Michi is a fantastic guide teaching us a lot of interesting stories around Kichijoji. Kichijoji is a really hidden Gem in Tokyo. It is easily understand why Kichijoji is chosen as the most attractive town to live in Tokyo. Nice shops, restaurants and cultural facilities there are. After visiting the main tourist attractions, you should come here to experience nice daily life in Tokyo.

  Michi is a wonderful guide. She knows a lot about Kichijoji. During this tour I could learn about old and new Kichijoji. I definitely recommend this tour with Michi.
