This was an exciting tour, lots of knowledge of Zürich and places one would not usually travel to. Includes the chocolate factory, boat ride and 24hour travel ticket. FIFA museum was amazing with history and jerseys on display

Firstly: Verena was an outstanding guide who had to unfortunately cope with one particularly bad mannered person for almost the entire tour, but did it brilliantly. Her knowledge, keeping the team engaged was excellent. The tour content was also excellent and most interesting

Great time on this tour. With the combination of a bus and walking tour, our family learned a great deal about Swiss culture, history, and Zürich proper. Our guide, Sandra, did a fantastic job, was knowledgeable, and made the day fun. She took great care of us. The bus operator was a phenomenal driver. The lake cruise was awesome and Lindt chocolate tour was unbelievable. We only had two days in Zurich and this tour was perfect. Highly recommended.

Thoroughly enjoyed our tour of the Old Town Zurich, Lake Zurich cruise, and visit to the Lindt Chocolate Museum. Tour guide was informative and provided us very interesting info on Zurich and its history. The highlight was visiting Lindt. Great experience and a lot of free samples!

It was what was to be expected for walking sights, bus route sights. Cruise to lindt was great and Lindt tour was great.

The sites visited were as expected (especially the Lindt chocolate factory) and the lake cruise was nice. The tour director was not the best though. She spoke in a soft monotone on the bus, and when we asked if she could turn up the volume on the microphone we got a lecture about how no one has ever complained about her voice. When it was time to leave the Lindt factory, she just walked away and expected everyone to follow her. We didn't hear her call everyone together or even take a headcount. Luckily, no one was stranded. All in all, we think this would have been much better with a different tour director.

Fun tour. I like chocolate, but not as much as some in my group (ha). The paddle boat from Zurich to the Lindt museum was a fun experience.

Great way to see Zurich and its highlights. Our guide was knowledgable and made the tour interesting. I did both the Lindt Chocolate and FIFA tours and would recommend both as optional extras to consider.
