  My group needed to change our excursion at the last moment but found Desorine to be very easy to work with. Her help exemplified the integrity of their organization. We highly recommend her and their company to anyone looking for a fishing adventure from Placencia. We can hardly wait to return and schedule another adventure with them.   A very personalized experience was provided and we had a great time snorkeling along the edge of the coral reef and having a fresh seafood lunch prepared on the beach. We couldn't have been in more experienced, knowledgeable hands. We were adeptly kept apart from the throngs of group excursions/tours so we could really feel comfortable and enjoy our surroundings keeping just our own company. I cant give it a 5 because our main goal was to see sea turtles......which didn't happen.

  My wife and I were lucky enough to get to fish with Edlin. We caught bonefish and tarpon on spin tackle. We had a couple shots at permit but couldn’t close the deal on our grand slam. We went back a few days later with our friends for a day of island hopping to Moho and King Lewey. We also got some spear fishing and snorkeling in. Edlin is very knowledgeable and friendly and we enjoyed our time with him. We will definitely be back!

  Our guide was not very friendly and beware, none of these pictures happened. The island does not look like this. There was no cooking of our catch. There was no bar there. I attached all the pictures that did not exist. They did work hard when we were fishing so I tipped him $100 and he didn't say a word.

  Today was an incredible day. Lincoln exceeded our expectations. He picked us up on the beach at our hotel and we were off. He is an excellent driver and was very friendly. There was an assortment of beverages waiting for us as well which was very nice! After my hubby and Lincoln went into the crystal clear water a few times, they caught 7 conchs, 3 lobsters and 1 fish. That was plenty of food for the two of us! We went to Moho Island and Lincoln prepared a delicious feast. Yes, he’s a great chef too. Lots of lime, butter, cilantro… my mouth is still watering LOL. The other tourist and tour operators walking around the small island were salivating at our catch but Lincoln kept our lunch safe LOL. Lincoln also brought peas and rice, coleslaw and pineapple… oh and yummy rum punch 😋. We relaxed on the beach, enjoyed the views and had to head back to reality eventually. An 8 hour day we won’t forget and look forward to experiencing again. Thank you Lincoln! You’re the best!!!!

  My wife and I spent a day with Lincoln and it was truly amazing. Started out doing some snorkeling and spear fishing to gather some items for our “hook and cook”. Thankfully Lincoln Garbutt was very skilled at spotting and spearing some lobster, crab, conch, and other fish. We went to Moho caye to cook lunch and enjoy it. Afterwards we did a little trolling on the way in where a few extra fish were caught. Most notably the last hookup of the day was a big tarpon. Really enjoyed our time with Lincoln and would highly recommend to anyone. Thanks Lincoln, Edlin, and Desorine!!

  Our day with Lincoln was great. The water was a little rough on the way out, which made for a longer trip, but it was well worth it. Our kids all caught some fish which he filleted for us to take back to our resort for dinner. The lunch that was provided was excellent, consisting of homemade slaw, rice and beans, and chicken. Snorkeling was excellent as well but was geared toward more advanced swimmers. Overall, it was a great experience.

  Lincoln was our guide and he was excellent at sharing his knowledge of the area and also his fishing expertise. We caught some nice fish and he prepared it on the grill on a beautiful tropical caye for lunch. Later we enjoyed a fun guided snorkel where Lincoln taught us how to identify Conch among the coral. It was a full day of fun on the water. We thought it was the perfect day.

  We booked two different charters during our week in Placencia, one for fishing and another for island hopping. Edlin, the owner and captain was awesome! He knows the waters and islands incredibly well as he has lived in the area his entire life. In addition to being an amazing captain, he was even better to spend time with as a great guy. On our fishing charter he dived to catch us several conch, crab and squid which he cooked for us along with our fish on Moho Caye, a beautiful island off the coast of Placencia. We also got to snorkel before swimming to shore doe our island lunch. For our day island hopping Edlin speared a hog fish which he filleted for us so we could bring it to our restaurant that evening for the chef to prepare for us. Don’t miss a chance to spend a day or two on the water with Edlin. It was a highlight of our trip to Belize.

  

  

  

  

  

• Snorkeling and fishing was a great time!

  We went snorkeling with Edlin for the first time in 2019 and we loved it so much when we brought our family back in April 2021 we went back to laughing bird with Edlin again. Then we went fishing for a couple days and had a great time catching tuna, Spanish mackerel, and king mackerel with Randolph. Our hotel cooked up our catches and it was such a delicious meal. It was a great time and we will be going again.
