5.00Wonderful insightful day tour of Hangzhou. Private tour so we enjoyed the privacy and flexibility of the itinerary. Our guide Wenwen was very friendly, caring and knowledgeable. We learned a lot from her. Our west lake boat ride from ticketing to ride was a breeze. So fortunate to experience snowing on the lake 😊

5.00Fantastic, Our tour was everything we expected and more. Our guide Carol was informative without being over the top, she explained things to us clearly and took us to a beautiful venue for lunch. The food was divine .Overall a terrific experience, especially as I booked it from New Zealand in advance and did not know what to expect.
