  Well presented and entertaining but not much of a walk. Never strayed too far from the starting point, Waitrose in Cheltenham. Great for beginners foraging, not so great if you expect a nice walk!

  Thomas delivered a wonderful experience on our recent team building forage. We learnt a lot and as someone who has foraged before I was most inspired by his ‘tasting’ showing some new ideas of what to do with commonly found plants in the UK. I can’t wait to try out some of the recipes. Thanks Thomas.

  It was a very practical guide to the plants we have all around us in the UK and included some delicious samples of foraged food that Thomas had prepared earlier. I learned a lot about many plants, including some I might previously have considered to be weeds but now have a new interest in, thanks to Thomas' high level of expertise and enthusiasm. I also have a newly informed wariness for some dangerous plants that are very commonly found here and it is helpful to be able to identify. Overall a great experience which I highly recommend.

  A really interesting tour that was the perfect length and very well structured as an introduction to foraging. We started with an overview of foraging and some important information about the activity, then explored the local area to identify and learn about some of the plants. Even without covering a huge distance, we discovered dozens of interesting plants and Thomas had useful information about everything we found. We learned about how to prepare or use various species, the right ways to identify things, and even found some deadly varieties on the way. The walk ended with a small picnic in the park with various foraged foods, and loads of extra ideas about where to go for more information. A brilliant tour, highly recommended.

  An excellent experience, both fun and interesting. Thomas is a charming and informative guide who showed us many different plants that we could forage safely and I left feeling able to go and do some basic foraging on my own. The day also ended with a few tasty treats to try. I would like to attend again in different seasons and learn more. Highly recommend!
