  Honestly there are no words to describe how good this was - but I will try. A helicopter flight over a magnificent glacier and mountain that had just had fresh snow, on a gloriously sunny day, with just a soft breeze. Enjoying the majestic views, I thought it couldn't get better, until we landed on the glacier. It was so much fun to walk around deep fresh snow, have a quick snowball fight and get some amazing photos. This was a moment we will never forget! Such amazing beauty, it was a true privilege to have been there. The helicopter pilots are amazing. Be aware, that safety is top priority so many flights get cancelled due to bad weather conditions, so I count my lucky stars we had a good day.

  An amazing experience especially landing on the Glacier. The staff were so accommodating when trying to rearrange flights due to the weather. Our pilot was also fantastic! Would highly recommend this experience

  Unfortunately due to weather conditions we weren’t able to do the full package we had booked but a shorter flight with a landing on hard ground. The reception staff were brilliant in changing our booking time so that we could get a flight in as the forecast was for the weather to get worse which is exactly what happened. Our Pilot Thomas was really excellent, and very informative which helped to make the experience so much better. From checking in to completing the flight everything felt very safe and professional. We would definitely recommend The Flight Line.

  We had the most wonderful helicopter trip and glacier landing with Glacier Helicopters in Franz Josef. Nothing was too much trouble and the team were helpful and super friendly. Would definitely recommend them.

  A genuinely once in a lifetime experience! Superb from start to finish. Professional and efficient preparation and safety briefing by friendly staff on the ground. Helicopter ride itself amazing. Tom, our pilot, was reassuring, informative and knowledgeable. To see, and land, on the glacier was spectacular.
