  Such an awesome experience. Richard was our driver and tour guide to Milford sound and back to Te Anau, such a great person I felt safe and enjoyed his commentary. The atmosphere was a bit hectic once on the boat(a lot of people) staff on the boat were so friendly and helpful. Could not fault anything! Thankyou Richard!

  Very poor experience on the Te Anau to Milford Sound service. I showed my booking, but the driver refused to check it and kept asking if I could see my name on his list. When I couldn’t find it, he dismissed me. I had to call customer service and was sent between two buses before he finally realized my name was on the previous page of his list. I felt stupid to spend money to get this kind of service :) Completely unnecessary stress.

  A really well organised tour, straight forward with no confusion with what when or how. And well done Richard, our driver, who entertained us with facts, stories and amazingly entertaining bird calls, what a driver! So glad we had Richard and so glad we chose this tour company.

  Great tour by bus from Te Anau to Mulford Sound, then boat trip by catamaran through Milford Sound. Beautiful day trip with impressive moments.

  We broke this trip only the night before, we were stopping in Te Anua, lovely little place, picked up as planned at 10.15 right in the middle of town easy to find. Our driver was excellent, cannot remember her name, biut she is the only female driver for the company, her commentary was excellent and she was really helpful and knowledgeable. We made several stops on the way to Milford sound, great photo opportunities, then on to the cruise, just short of 2 hours, this is a must do trip, the scenery is hard to describe, it is breathtaking. We choose the buffet lunch option, again the food was very nice nice and a good variety, we would recommend this trip to anyone, had we have not done this i feel we would have missed out. Overall excellent day

  Wonderful day! Terrific weather! Resourceful and pleasant bus driver. Not his first rodeo…… Trip ran like clockwork. Everyone was herded like cattle to keep it within time lines.

  The drive down to Milford and teh Sound itself is spectacular. It's a long day trip for just 1.75 hours on the boat in the Sound
