Ta Prohm Temple
カンボジアのシェムリアップ近郊にあるアンコール考古学公園で最も有名な寺院の1つであるタ・プロームは、周辺のジャングルとの共生関係で有名です。 12世紀末から13世紀初頭にジャヤーヴァルマン7世によって建てられたタ・プロームは、もともとは母に捧げられ、仏教の修道院と大学として機能していた。 自然と建築が見事に融合したその姿は 、 「 ジャングル寺院」の異名を持つ。

5.00A memorable day spent with a guide who was knowledgeable and gave an excellent description of this beautiful and historic area. His communication skills are very good and he presented an in depth description of the temples in flawless English. Transport was very good with a good driver who also provided plenty of chilled water to counter the heat. Lunch was included and turned out to be a 5 course affair. This is a full day and at 70 years old it was quite an effort, but the guide was mindful and adjusted the pace to allow us to enjoy the tour fully. A lot of value and memories. Thank you 🙏
