What To Expect

ガイド付きのメトロポリタン自然公園散策で、市内中心部の熱帯雨林を探索しましょう。ツアーは午前 7 時 30 分に公園の入口で始まります。そこで認定ガイドがお客様をお迎えし、簡単な説明をいたします。私たちは、高度順応に最適なエルロブレトレイルからスタートし、その後、ニェケ、鳥、地元の植物を観察できるラシエナギータトレイルに進みます。その後、モノ・ティティ・トレイルを登り、公園内で最も高い地点であるセロ・セドロまで行き、運河と街の素晴らしい景色を眺めます。下山時には、原生林に囲まれたロス・カオボス・トレイルを進みます。最後に、メトロポリタンバタフライガーデンを訪問するオプションをご紹介します。この 3 時間の体験は、自然愛好家や、街を離れずに都会の喧騒から逃れたい方に最適です。快適な服装、閉じた靴、水、日焼け止めの着用をお勧めします。

Enthusiastic guide with excellent knowledge. Comfortable ride from the hotel. Thanks to the guide we have seen plenty of animals that we definitely would have missed without the guide.

We did a private hike and the company sent a driver (who is also a Spanish-speaking guide), a guide (who is a biologist), and an English-speaking translator. They all did a terrific job. They led us on a wonderful hike and explained the flora and fauna of the area. We also hiked up to the viewpoint where we experienced a panoramic view of the city. The drive to and from the park was very comfortable. This excursion is a great introduction to Panama city!

We had a great hike. The weather was a little wet but we did over 3 miles and saw plenty of wildlife including sloths. I would highly recommend!!!!!

We saw 3 sloths, agouti, coatimundi, many birds and reptiles. I would not have spotted them on my own. The walk itself was a nice mix of flat and climbing.

Nice learning experience. You can go to the park by yourself but will miss much of the local knowledge shared by the tour guy.
