単なるツアーではなく、15年以上の経験を持つSUP認定コーチによるコーチング志向の体験です。明確な指示、質の高い機材、少人数のグループにより、初心者は自信を持つことができ、経験豊富なパドラーは貴重なテクニックと海洋意識を学ぶことができます。

What To Expect

午前9時頃プライア・ドナ・アナ駐車場に集合。質の高いスタンドアップパドルギアとライフジャケットを装備します。ビーチで10～15分間、明確で簡単なブリーフィングを行い、入水前に全員が快適で安全であることを確認します。 2019年からこの海岸線でパドラーをガイドしており、エリアや状況を完璧に把握しており、すべての人に安全で楽しい体験を提供しています。その後、ポンタ・ダ・ピエダーデを世界的に有名にした断崖、洞窟、岩の造形を探索するために出発し、この壮大な海岸線を少人数のグループでパドリングします。防水ポーチをお持ちの方は、携帯を持参して写真撮影も大歓迎です。アクティビティ中、私物はバンに安全に保管できます。この体験は家族に優しい。大人、背が高いか重いパドラー、5歳から12歳までの子供（年少の子供は保護者のボードで参加可能）など、あらゆるサイズに適応したボードを取り揃えています。このアクティビティには最低50メートルの泳ぎ方を知らなければなりません

This was an amazing experience! Not only were the sights absolutely beautiful but our guide gave an in depth history lesson to teach us about the history of Lisbon. It was very interesting and fantastic to be able to go in and out of the small caves that a lot of tourist boats were not able to enter.

Perfect moment in the morning to begin with ! The teatcher is very nice, the equipments are fine. You may begin with the sunrise in your back and the tour is really unbellivable !

Absolutely fabulous experience today with Gaylord as he took us around the beautiful Lagos coast. As a first time paddle boarder, I felt so comfortable going out with the group and hear about some of the Portuguese history. Would definitely book with him again if we were to come back. Huge thank you again!

The guide was excellent, he was engaging, a great instructor, and very knowledgeable. Seeing the caves and gratos on a paddle board allowed me to be more immersed in the experience. It was adventurous and fun!

Great for the whole family! Our kids are 9 and 12 (have had sup experience previously) 2 hours was the perfect amt of time. Our guide had sent a message via Viator a day or so earlier saying our trip would need to be postponed a day due to weather, which we did and I was apprehensive about such an early 7am start, I was worried it would be too cold, but it warmed up soon enough plus we had the caves and grottos pretty much to ourselves! It was just as I had envisioned this trip! I would do it again, the kids too!

We visited the caves in Punta de piedade with SYGMA Sup school. We were met and everything was ready. The equipment was very good quality and fairly new. We were taken to the beach and given a tutorial about the equipment. Then told how to manoeuvre at sea and in the caves. Our instructor was friendly, well organised and very professional. It was a great morning, well spent at sea with a lot to discover. I really recommend SYGMA school for an amazing experience. SYGMA does not only do tours but tuition and camps. It’s well worth checking their website to see how they can communicate their love and know how of SUP
