  I absolutely loved this guided tour from Krakow to Auschwitz-Birkenau. Everything was extremely well organized from start to finish, and the pickup option made the whole experience very convenient and stress-free. A special mention goes to our guide, Olivia, who was truly extraordinary. She was knowledgeable, professional, and incredibly engaging throughout the day. Her explanations were clear, insightful, and delivered with great sensitivity and respect for the historical significance of the site. She made the experience even more meaningful and memorable. The entire tour ran smoothly, with excellent communication, comfortable transportation, and perfect organization.   Wow! The whole experience was so insightful and informative (even though it was heartbreaking and tough) thanks to the amazing guide, Olivia. She gave our group so much information as we walking around and made sure to tell us lesser known facts regarding Auschwitz which we wouldn’t have know otherwise. She was so great and you could really tell that she loved her job and cared so much about educating people whilst respecting the solemn atmosphere. Pickup was a bit confusing only because there was a lot of buses and it was really crowded and the bus was further down the street then the others, but the big, clear number really made up for it! The information we were given on the bus was really helpful, clear and concise. It made the actual arrival to each destination a lot easier to navigate. Thank you so much Super Cracow tours and Olivia.

  Would definitely use again! Sylvester our driver was friendly and professional, tour guide was also very informative and friendly/helpful during tour—- the option for sack lunch was great also and helped this experience to be less stressful for my family overall — thank you Super Cracow!

  Great educational experience. The guides were very friendly, they gave really clear instructions, and were informative through whole trip.Recommend the trip to anyone interested in the history and what happened in the Auschwitz Birkenau
