5.00Dunedin is a beautiful city. We enjoyed getting to see all the sights on this private tour. Because this was a private tour for 6, we traveled in a small SUV, and could go places a large bus could not. Our tour guide, Asta, was very friendly and knowledgeable.

We let her set most of the agenda, and were glad we did; she covered a variety of points of interest, She was highly knowledgeable about all aspects related to Dunedin: geography, history, botany, native birds, etc. She was highly personable and cheerful, and a good driver as well

5.00Asta was a fantastic guide for our family - professional, friendly and very considerate of our smallest traveller, a very exuberant 2 year old. This was a brilliant tour for those with just a day in port, we were collected from the cruise terminal and treated to the sights of Dunedin before being brought right back to the ship - and with a car seat for our daughter! We had lots of flexibility to stop for as long or as short as we wanted, which was perfect for our needs.
THE PRIVATE TOUR IS STRONGLY RECOMMENDED!!!!

5.00This was a spectacular tour of the countryside, city, and Castle Garden. Asta was our driver. She was extremely helpful and very descriptive of the various locations and sceneries. The tour started from the seaport which was our pickup location. We were driven through the city of Dunedin and into the countryside which was full of spectacular views. Due to a very small group, Asta provided a very personable tour by stopping at various view points and for that postcard photoshoot. Always opt for the private tour so that you can enjoy Dunedin at its best.THANKS ASTA!!!!

4.00My wife and I really enjoyed our time in Dunedin, Our driver/tour guide Eddy, was friendly, informative and very safe. We wanted a more personal tour than what was offered as a pre-planned cruise excursion and this objective was met. The beautiful drive through and around the city center was enhanced by a stop at the Otago Museum (not offered by any of the excursions) and the beautiful Dunedin Railway Station with it’s beautiful stone construction. We also indulged in a peaceful stroll through the Botanic Gardens near the slopes on Signal Hill. Eddy also knew we were looking for a good place to buy a few small gifts for our family and brought us to just the right type to meet our needs. Big thanks

5.00Theresa was wonderful. She was open to take us to anything we wanted to see. Her love of the city was outstanding. It made for a great experience. This was much better than the ship excursions offered. Would highly recommend Theresa. This was a privated tour with just 2 couples. Perfect.

5.00Asta was so lovely, and was such a wealth of knowledge! It was a great tour, and she took us wherever we wanted to go! The scenery of Dunedin is just stunning! Highly recommend this tour, Fantail tours was excellent to work with!
