  This half-day tour was one of the highlights of my visit to Kolkata.   Love the way Tirthankar, our guide, makes sure we experience Kolkata as it should be. Never a boring moment. From the travel to the various places, to the food, the signts, sounds and smells. Every bit a memory to carry back home. I will highly recommend his services if you are visiting for the first time. I am sure, you'll reach out to him if you come again.

  As a solo female traveler I was apprehensive about touring Kolkata on my own. Mr. Mukhergee and his driver put me at ease, and picked me up from the hotel in a comfortable Ari conditioned car. I booked a half day tour but were able to visit a lot of places. Very knowledgeable guide. Highly recommend.

  I had a wonderful experience with the guide Mukherjee in Kolkata. What really stood out was how genuine and thoughtful he was—no overselling, no pushing us into souvenir shops or tourist traps (which can be quite common), and no hidden agendas. Instead, he focused entirely on giving us a good experience. He took great care of us throughout the trip, always checking that we were comfortable and enjoying ourselves. At one point, he even went out of his way to buy small gifts for us, which was completely unexpected and very kind. Everything felt easy, safe, and well looked after. I would definitely engage him again on my next trip to Kolkata—there’s still so much more to see, and I’d love to explore it with him again.

  Mukherjee helped tailor a rich and insightful half day tour for our group as we were here for business. For some, it being a first time in India this half day introduction covered various themes which make India such a fascinating and incredible destination. - Jainism as a religion and an exquisite jewel box of a temple - India’s heritage of higher learning with the colleges in Calcutta pre dating several of our South East Asian nations ; plus streets of book sellers that will entice any bibliophile - Flowers as decoration and worship ; a colorful exploration of Calcutta’s wholesale flower bazaar complete with garlands, streamers and arrangements - Colonial architecture making the city “London on the Hooghly” ; most impressive is the HSBC building that rivals that of Shanghai - Clay figurine makers’ street ; recognising the significance of the worship of Durga and Kali and the festivities leading up to the return of the figurines to the water - the food of India ranging from street to the curious world of Chindian dishes - a visit to the City of Joy would not be complete without remembering Mother Teresa and the Missionaries of Charity All throughout the tour Mukherjee looked after our water and toilet needs as well as ensuring our phones had access to charging cables and supply.   Had an amazing time exploring the beautiful city of Kolkata with Mr.Mukherjee. We covered a lot of places in a short span. Mr.Mukherjee has great attention to details and tries hard to make your experience nearly perfect. Highly recommend trying this tour if visiting Kolkata.

  This was probably our best idea on our stay-over on Kolkatta - to book this tour with Bonvoy: a perfect half-day-tour and an excellent guide. Mr. Mukherjee was like a friend showing us his beloved hometown. Address absolutely recomended.

  I recently booked a Half Day Private Tour of Kolkata for our company clients visiting from the USA. Since they had limited time. I wanted them to experience the essence of the city's history and culture, and this tour turned out to be the perfect choice. From start to finish, everything was extremely well organised. A dedicated tour assistant was with us throughout, ensuring our group was comfortable and well taken care of. In just a few hours, we managed to cover many of Kolkata's most iconic landmarks, giving our guests a true flavor of the city.
