仙台朝市、朝市へようこそ！ 市場自体は戦後の絶望の中で駅前の露天市として1945年に始まった。 同市場はその後も市を支え 、 「 仙台の台所」と呼ばれることも多い。 数十年を通して人気を博し、特に60年代と70年代に繁栄した。 市場が変わり、市場組合が作られ、観光名所にまでなったにもかかわらず、市場はそのルーツを守り続け、すべての地元の人々に愛され続けています。 新鮮な魚介類や農産物、焼き牡蠣や生牡蠣など、様々なものが揃っています！
仙台は牛タンを薄く焼いた「牛タン」の本場なので、食を中心としたツアーで味わうのは言うまでもありません。 牛タンの提供は、1948年に仙台市で焼き鳥屋を営んでいた佐野圭四郎シェフが仙台で始めた。 昔ながらの日本語の総菜と蒸し白飯がセットになった、退廃的な牛タン弁当が味わえる。 セットの最後には、クリーミーなバニラプディングにずんだ、甘く砕いた枝豆を添えた日本語の伝統的なデザートが添えられ、偶然にも宮城県の名物となっている。

5.00Excellent half-day tour exploring Sendai's retro alleyways and local specialities! Kimberly was a fantastic guide who answered all our questions about living in Japan and the local food scene. Easy to spot at the meeting point with her Snow Monkey Resorts sign. She was super helpful ordering for us in Japanese at places where we wanted items outside the tour's menu. Highly recommend this tour to get a good lay of the land and try the local specialities, especially if you don't speak Japanese.
