5.00This tour was absolutely amazing. The driver Ronnie and host Nelson made the day so much fun. The drop off spots were great, my fave being Fat Ass. I even forgot my phone on the golf cart there, and they were nice enough to wait for me, and not leave me behind. It's so a vibe!

4.00This was a great way to get around town to visit a few different locations. Each stop had something a little different. We appreciated the driver for being fun and caring, he made sure everyone was safe & no one left behind. Cool waters were privided ao that was a plus, only improvement needed is to fix the battery on the AC.

5.00Brookes bus was exactly the tour bus we needed. Not just the fact that it was pink but the experience. Our driver was amazing the music was everything and the stops were perfect. We will definitely be returning and highly recommending.

1.00The WORST customer service I’ve ever experienced. I DO NOT RECOMMEND this company to anyone. I booked this wine tour with my friends in February and found out I was pregnant in April. I emailed Brooke’s Bubble Bus asking if I could have a refund for my wine tasting ticket and said I would buy a sober ticket instead to still participate in the tour with my friends ($100 difference). The company responded and said there were absolutely no refunds and mentioned that my only options were to invite another friend and transfer my ticket to them or rebook the ticket for another time. They offered me no other solutions and weren’t willing to be reasonable at all. I even asked for the names of the wineries so I could call them myself to cancel my wine tasting ticket, but they were unwilling to give me the names. My husband gave them a call to try and reason with them. Not only were they still unwilling to be accommodating and give me a refund for my wine tasting ticket, they were snappy with my husband on the phone and said “we don’t have the staff to support these customer service issues. I don’t want to talk about this anymore,” and then proceeded to hang up on him. Fast forward to the day of the wine tour: the first thing the driver says to my friend group on the bus was “who is the mom on the bus, I was told to be careful with her.” Come to find out, the Brooke Bubble Bus back office staff wrote a note on the driver’s itinerary sheet stating “there is a pregnant girl on the bus named Jennifer who has called multiple times for a refund - BEWARE.” My friends saw this with their own eyes. How unprofessional and humiliating for me to be in that situation. On top of that, we booked a private tour on their disco bus… we did not receive either. Our tour wasn’t private nor was it on the disco bus. Sounds like the company sabotaged the experience for us purposefully. This company put a pregnant person in a situation where I was, in theory, forced to drink my wine so I didn’t lose out on my money. What if someone in the group had a death in the family? What’s the company’s response then? “Sorry! Want to book your tour for another time?” I cannot express how unprofessional and unreasonable this company was. For a company that’s owned by a woman, this company is certainly not FOR women, that’s for sure. Stay away from this caddy and unprofessional company.
