  After tiring days in a conference we decided to go for the 1/2 day jeep tour. What a relaxing pleasure it was!! Without the tour we would not have ventured on the other side of the Red river. Great information given by Darcy and some off scheduled visits to cafes, street food, markets and the scheduled temples etc were well worth the effort. Loved it!! Do it and enjoy!

  The operator picked us up in old Soviet jeeps right at the hotel entrance. Friendly and knowledgeable guide, and interesting stops on the way. The egg coffee in Hanoi was a real treat and the pork noodles and spring rolls for lunch were excellent! Recommended.

  We had a fantastic time on our jeep tour and were really impressed by our guides, Linh and Darcy. Both spoke excellent English, were very knowledgeable, and made the whole experience feel relaxed and enjoyable. We wanted some flexibility and they really listened to what we were interested in and tailored the itinerary accordingly. As part of that, they took us through some very local markets, which was a memorable part of the experience - not touristy, and possibly a bit confronting, but we loved getting a very real glimpse into everyday local life. Travelling by jeep made a huge difference as well. You get to see so much more compared to being on a bus or in a regular car, and it adds to the overall sense of adventure. We had a group of 14, split across three jeeps with three drivers and two guides, which worked perfectly. It felt well-organised without being too structured.
