5.00We had an amazing time on the cruise. So much that I wish we’d done the longer one. The views were excellent, and the service was amazing (almost too amazing). Every staff member was attentive, kind, personable, etc. Special shout out to Tom (our personal assignee for meals) — he was extremely attentive and prompt. And Jack (led the kayak and speedboat tours) was kind, and let my girlfriend borrow his hat when it was too hot I have zero complaints about this tour, and honestly just wish we’d done a longer one

5.00We had an amazing time with Heritage cruise. My wife and I were traveling for a special occasion and the cruise was everything we had hoped for. We opted for LAN Ha bay instead of Halong Bay because LAN ha was less crowded and it was an excellent decision. The room in our cruise was spacious and we even got an upgrade given the special occasion. The scenery was amazing and food was great. The staff went over and above to make sure that we had a great experience (including in unforgettable dinner). A special thanks to Chris, Sarah, Jack, Ashley, and Jay (and all other staff) for making our trip a truly memorable one. Chris was helpful throughout the trip and after. Sarah made sure that we were comfortable during our dining and Jack was an amazing guide for squid fishing. The Vovinam experience in the morning. Was also good. While there are many cruises along Halong Bay and LAN Ha Bay, what really makes the difference is the attitude of the staff and Heritage cruise has done a great job there. Highly recommend this cruise.

5.00Wows. Everything is first class, the schedule, the boat, the cabin, the food but above all, the team is outstanding. We did t meet one team member under par but special shout out to Ethan, Tony (the Vovinam zen master) , Ashley and special shout out to Tom who was like our personal assistant for all things food and beverage. Honestly, just a fantastic experience all round!

5.00Had a wonderful cruise in May! It was hot, and the transit speedboat/lounge can get a bit warm (plus the Wi-Fi is weak), but the team explains all of this upfront since the ship sits out in the bay. It didn't dampen our trip at all. The food was top-notch (dinner was a highlight!), the rooms were beautiful with stunning sea views, and the activities like afternoon tea, the pool, and the cooking class added so much charm to the experience. Dining with that scenery was unforgettable. Huge thanks to the energetic and friendly crew, especially Ashley, Jack, and Ethan. They truly made the trip special!

5.00We had a great time. The tour is very well organized: from hotel pickup/drop-off, to activities. We always felt reassured and enjoyed this special place and this special ship. From the scenery to the culinary experience, it was outstanding. We loved the "boutique" feel of the ship and the service is simply top-notch.
