5.00Great experience overall! The ferry was modern, clean and comfortable. Departure was on time and the crossing was very smooth. The crew was professional and friendly throughout the journey. Seats were spacious and the views of the ocean were stunning. Perfect way to travel from Gili Trawangan to Bali. Would definitely recommend this company to any traveler!

The staff handled the ticketing process efficiently and guided us smoothly to the ferry, which had excellent air conditioning. The whole experience felt comfortable and safe, definitely something I would recommend.
