  Honfleur private walking tour is a relaxed walk thru medieval times, the French Revolution, the creation of the city between two hills, the dawn of Impressionism, the churches, the maritime history, the alleyways and secret gardens - with a wonderful tour guide, and new friend. Thank you, “mayor” Bastien. Your photo and name belong on the wall with those before you — “Ils outaime Honfleur.”

  Our guide, Bastien, was genuine and engaging. He is from Honfleur and provided the perfect combination of historical and personal experiences. We were absolutely delighted with the tour. Viator would do well to keep Bastien at the top of their list.

  BOOK THIS TOUR! We had the most amazing tour with Pierre- I absolutely cannot recommend this more. It truly made our time in Honfleur so much more special. He is so funny and smart. He knows all of the details of the area and grew up here so can recommend all of the best shops, foods, and says hi to locals as you tour. I really think it made our appreciation of this beautiful town x 1,000. He was very kind and engaging with my 9 and 4 year old which was wonderful. And if you think you don’t need a tour, think twice! We did this on the first day we arrived and I am so so glad.

  Pierre was an amazing tour guide. I’m a history buff and well versed in French history- but Pierre had some excellent information that brought our private tour to life! We throughly enjoyed his tour and would recommend him as a tour guide.

  We were 3 couples visiting Normandy and found this wonderful 2 hour walking tour of Honfleur. Pierre led our group with great history, stories, fun facts and an amazing sense of humor. He is a great guide with a keen wit. When I contacted the company I specifically asked for Pierre bc I read about him in a review. I also asked Maria for restaurant recommendations and she was spot on!
