Lisa was EXTREMELY friendly and knowledgeable . We had been to Pensacola Beach many times, but never knew all of the history. The Pensacola version of a hop on hop off is not traditional, but it is a good 1.5 hour tour. We found new places to visit. The company is very professional and friendly. .

It’s extremely informative. The tour guide was extremely professional, patient and polite. The tour guide drove safely.

Driver was nice but commentary was a video… tour was solid drive around the city which was good but no time or opportunity to visit most of sites in the tour. Was Not a Hop On and should not be advertised as such. And because of that it was way overpriced!

We have tried hop-on-hop-off tours in many U.S. cities and are accustomed to being able to get off at a location, dine or shop, and then catch another bus after an hour or more. Perhaps I misread the tour description, but we were only scheduled to get off the bus at three places (one of which was bathrooms), and it was only for 15 minutes at each place.. Plus we were the only two people on the tour. I wish the tour company had let us know and given us the option of canceling. We drove an hour and paid $84 for 90 minutes of driving through the city of Pensacola. Would not recommend or maybe just read the tour description better than I did. (Sandy was very friendly--not sure it was her fault.)

This was a wonderful trolley tour. I have lived in Pensacola for 5 years and brought out of town family on this tour. I learned many things I did not know! The tour guide was wonderful. The only downside was the smell of diesel from the engine on this older trolley. I would hope the company may be able to upgrade if possible.
