The jet boat experience itself was excellent, and Ricky was a fantastic skipper who made the trip both exciting and enjoyable. However, Although the website advertised a discount, it was not clearly stated that the price was in USD. As a result, after currency conversion, the booking ended up costing significantly more than the price available on-site. The lack of transparency around the currency displayed was disappointing and led to a poor booking experience, despite the great activity itself.

It was a lot of fun and quite thrilling. I also really enjoyed getting close to the waterfall. The only downside was that it felt a little too short.

Best whanau day out! My kids enjoyed the jetboat with their Papa, unreal experience.The restaurant at prawn farm was epic, food was unbelievable.

The weather was not on our side as we were booked during the build up to the cyclone, but the staff were lovely and made the experience fun.

We had such an awesome time on the jetboats! Caleb was a fantastic driver and getting up close and personal with the Huka Falls was really magical. Highly recommend if you're looking for something fun to do in Taupo!
