出発地点で待ち合わせます。このツアーは、レイキャビクから東に約390kmの場所にあるヨークルスアゥルロゥン・カフェから出発します。カフェは、ヨークルスアゥルロゥン氷河湖の駐車場の近くにあります。ツアー出発時間の少なくとも10分前までにお越しください
暖かい防水服が必要
ハイキングシューズが必要です（このツアーではハイキングシューズの貸し出しはしていません。ハイキングシューズを着用ください。そうでない場合は、氷の洞窟に入ることができません。）
アイスランドの気候は予測できず、急速に変化する可能性があります。ガイドが氷の洞窟に行くのに安全かどうか、毎日確認します。*
ガイドが、安全と気象条件に応じて毎日どの洞窟を訪れるかを決定します。その日に、氷河の洪水、洞窟周辺の過度の降雨などの予測不可能な理由により、洞窟への立ち入りが適切でない場合は、当ガイドが集合場所でお客様にお知らせします。ガイドに従い、洞窟までの氷河ハイキングを行うか（ただし、安全上の理由で入ることはできません）、現地でツアーをキャンセルして全額払い戻しを受けることもできます。氷河ハイキングを選択した場合、ツアーの30％をご返金いたします。ヴァトナヨークトルの周辺地域は非常に美しく、期待を裏切らないため、氷河ハイキングと一部の払い戻しでご満足いただけることを願っています。

The ice caves, while smaller in scale than some might imagine, are remarkable in their own right—intricate, ever-changing formations shaped by the forces of nature.
