What To Expect
辰巳櫓（たつみやぐら）は、桜田二重櫓（さくらだにじゅうやぐら）とも呼ばれ、皇居敷地内にある2階建ての歴史ある見張り塔。 江戸時代に建てられ、日本の封建時代を反映して、現存する数少ない江戸城の遺構です。 旧内堀の南東隅に位置し、かつては象徴的役割と防御的役割を兼ねていた。 内部は非公開だが、皇居東御苑の近くの通路からタワーを眺めることができ、東京の名所を巡る写真家や歴史愛好家に好まれている。

皇居の代表的な眺望のひとつ、二重アーチの二重橋が優雅にお堀に架かり、内陣へのメイン参道となっています。 優雅な石造りとフォトジェニックな景観で愛され、都心を散策する人必見の見どころです。

5.00I was lucky to be the only guest on the tour, which made the experience even more special. The 90 minutes were very meaningful and informative. I learned a lot about the history of Edo Castle, the gardens, and many interesting details and background stories along the way. Masa was very knowledgeable about history, spoke excellent English, and was highly professional throughout the tour. Highly recommended!

5.00We had an excellent time on our tour with Yumi today. She knew so much about the palace, gardens and history and it was all very interesting. Yumi was happy to answer our many questions. You can go around the palace gardens for free, but so glad we went with a tour from Yumi because we learned so much. Thank you for a fantastic time.
