  Took this tour yesterday as a solo traveler on my first day in Vietnam. Pros: -clean, air conditioned vehicle -tour guide /driver nice, provided great communication the day before with the guide and months before with the company. -driver and guide arrived on time -lunch spot at a vegan/vegetarian restaurant was a solid pick and had delicious food -cold tea at cafe (orange lavender peach tea) was amazing (since I couldn’t drink the coffee w/ milk as there were no substitutions with nondairy milks) -guide was respectful and if I opted out of doing something there was no push to do it -bottle of water provided Cons: -45 minutes wasted waiting outside/inside a hotel lobby because the tour guide left his phone in the vehicle with the driver. The problem would’ve been resolved faster had the tour guide used my phone, as I offered to him, to contact the company via WhatsApp group chat informing them of the issue so they could contact the driver. This was only done by the tour guide AFTER the time passed. Initially the guide had us outside waiting but I told him it was too hot and I needed AC so we went into a hotel lobby. -I don’t know if the tour guide was new or if this is normal, but I felt like after lunch, there was not much information given as before. A few sentences here and there, unless I had questions to facilitate more conversation, but more silence and observation at the sights towards the end of the tour. -while the sights were nice/cool to see more could be provided (more stops) Overall, I think this tour was overpriced for what I received even more for the dilemma that went long than necessary and cut int the time of the tour I paid for (even more as a solo traveler). I chose forever vacation for this tour because I was extremely pleased with their instagram tour in Bali which I highly recommend as it is amazing and 100% better than what I experienced on this tour. However for this instagram tour in Ho Chi Minh City I do not recommend but suggest improvement to match the energy of the advertised video/pictures.

  Ocean was the best guide ever! We learned so much from him about Ho Chi Minh City and Vietnam. He is very smart! His Vinfast EV was so comfortable. The places he took us to and time spent at each were customized and prefect for us! Can’t say enough good things about him and our experience in this beautiful city!

  It was great! Time flew. Duong was very pleasant to talk to during the tour. He is very knowledgable about Vietnam. You can ask him anything you need to know about the country and he will be able to answer. For future tours, I would suggest adding more places to see. There are several buildings (smaller pagodas, other parcs) or authentic vietnamese streets we passed by that we would have had time to see in the 6 hours.

  I had a great time with Daniel in HCMC. The ForeverVacation team was very accommodating of my requests even though my booking was pretty last minute. They were able to curate my tour based on my preferences and were flexible about the itinerary and the schedule. They weren’t pushy at all. Daniel was a great guide. He was very considerate of my needs (I was sweating like a pig and kept complaining about being too hot (^O^) ) so he would take me to cafes or places with air conditioning. I was able to see everything I wanted at a leisurely pace. Although we had a busy itinerary, it didn’t feel overwhelming at all. It was also great having Daniel around so I wouldn’t get ripped off by some of the sellers. I will definitely go on another tour with ForeverVacation when I’m back in Vietnam.

  Fabulous sightseeing and far away from many crowds. Duong my host really knew the best places to go for great photos, telling me all about the history along the way. He even took me to a great vegetarian restaurant. I learned a lot about the architecture and the famous moments in history from which they’re known. Having an aircon vehicle was super important as it gets HOT! So take it slowly walking around, and get back into the aircon whenever you like as it’s at your pace. Thank you for a memorable time :)

  I hope photographers respect the sanctity of this church.The interior should not be used for Instagram photo shoots.It is a place for people of all faiths,not just Catholic to pray and reflect.

  My wife and I went for this tour as a part of celebrating our wedding anniversary. The team contacted me well in advance to keep me posted of the schedule and customize our tour. Despite the heat we ended up enjoying the tour of HCMC while getting great shots. Duong was great. His knowledge of history was very good. He even took most of the pics for us.   Our tour guides Duong, Janie, Ben and Dhea were absolutely amazing. The tour was super informative which was great and the locations were beautiful. The car was clean and air conditioned. They provided water, yummy food and lots of photos. Thankyou again and i’d definitely recommend this tour on your trip in Ho Chi Minh city.
