残念ながら、フリーミニバンタイプを手に入れるのは、ここ日本では簡単ではありません。最悪の場合、忙しい時間帯にミニバンを2時間以上待たなければならない。

3名以上のグループの場合は、事前に車両を予約することがここでは不可欠です。

What To Expect

予約時 ― 目的地、集合時間、最大宿泊先により、多くのオプションがあります。運行時間 : 午前5時～午後4時各1時間間隔最大宿泊人数 ― 1〜4名ゲスト、4名+スーツケース6個/5〜8名ゲスト、8名+スーツケース10個 ※必ず最適なものを選択してください。 *目的地の住所やホテル名もお忘れなくご記入ください。 ※帰国のために空港へお越しになる場合は、フライト情報をお知らせください。 *クルーズ船を下船する場合、95%のクライアントが船の到着予定時刻の1時間後～2時間後を選択します。車両に乗り込むとき : 集合時間の10分前に、ドライバーがネームボードを持って集合場所まで迎えに来ます。ドライバーが会いたかった場合は、WhatsAppやテキストメッセージで連絡します。ですから、スマートフォンを使用中に設定します。車両から降りるとき : 荷物を車内に預ける場合は、必ず確認してください。特にスマホと財布。忘れ物があったら至急運転手に連絡を日本から出発する限り、次の目的地まで代引きでお送りします。（最短2日の間隔が必要です）

Hayano provided betind excellent service. Our ship was over 4 hours delayed in docking but he waited patiently and directed us where to go, assisted us with all our luggage and did his very best to get us to the airport in time. We still ended up missing our flight because of the ship issues but having him get us through the transfer process from the port to the shuttle to the pick-up area definitely made our worst ship experience more bearable. Thank you so much, Mr. Hayano!
