  We used AKE Turizm for our transfer from İzmir Airport to Bodrum. Communication was excellent, the pickup was punctual, and the vehicle was very clean. Our journey was comfortable and trouble-free. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a VIP transfer service in İzmir.

  We booked a private transfer from Izmir Airport to Kusadasi for our family holiday and the service was excellent from start to finish. Communication before arrival was clear and professional, and our driver was waiting for us when we landed. The Mercedes Vito was clean, comfortable and spacious, making the journey very relaxing after our flight. Everything ran exactly as planned with no delays or issues. Here are the highlights of our seamless journey: Punctual & Stress-Free: Before we even left the house to head downstairs, our driver was already parked and waiting for us. There was zero waiting or stress. Impeccable Vehicle: We were picked up in a brand-new 2026 model vehicle that was spotlessly clean, incredibly comfortable, and luxurious. Outstanding Driver: Our captain was extremely polite, friendly, and welcoming. More importantly, his driving skills were exceptional, making us feel completely safe and relaxed throughout the ride. Corporate & Professional Communication: The coordination was highly professional. We received continuous updates and corporate notifications regarding our travel operations via both SMS and WhatsApp, which kept us well-informed at every step.   Recently I was fortunate enough to go to Turkey from Canada, and I used a private transfer service in Izmir, organized by AKE Tourism, and I must say, I did not expect the experience to be so smooth and professional. After spending many hours in the plane, it's the last thing you want to feel upon arrival. However, when landing in the Izmir Adnan Menderes Airport, I realized how well-thought out and professional the process was. As we entered the terminal building, my driver was already waiting with a name sign. Immediately created confidence and reliability. By the way, the car is a Mercedes Vito VIP class, very modern, tidy and well-maintained. Everything was spotlessly clean, one can see the attention to hygiene. Plus, it is equipped with free water bottles and some other amenities, which is always nice to have. One more thing I really appreciate is that it is a private service. Meaning, there were no passengers to wait for and no unexpected stops on the way. We got right into the car and went straight to Cesme, which was very convenient and comfortable. Moreover, the driver was very polite, professional and good English speaker, so talking with him was an easy job. In addition, he drives calmly, which is great after a long trip, and all you want is to sleep. Another great thing about this service is that they monitor your flight. If, for example, there will be delays, your transfer won't get affected in any way. They take care of the details which is crucial when organizing something like that. Turkish distances on the map can be deceiving. Such cities as Cesme, Alacati or Kusadasi might look closer than they are. It means that having a professional transfer service organized prior to arriving will greatly facilitate your travel experience. All in all, if you plan on traveling to Izmir and require a private or VIP transfer service, then I strongly recommend using services provided by AKE Tourism.   We booked a private transfer from Izmir Adnan Menderes Airport to Çeşme with AKE Tourism and were fully satisfied with the whole process. After a long flight, reliable organisation is particularly important, and that is exactly what is offered here. Right at the exit we were greeted with a name tag, everything went smoothly and completely stress-free. The service seemed very professional and attentive from the beginning. The Mercedes Vito VIP was very clean, modern and comfortable. Small attentions such as free bottles of water, wet wipes, cologne water, masks and similar products further strengthened the positive impression. You immediately notice that a lot of importance is attached to quality and customer satisfaction. Acceptance of pets was also a big plus for us; we could travel with our dog easily and comfortably – it really provides a pet-friendly service. The driver was very friendly, professional and hospitable. It is particularly noteworthy that we felt safe and comfortable at all times, as the driver is trained in defensive and predictive driving. The fact that all drivers of the company have this training has given us an additional sense of security. As it was a private transfer, there were no waiting times or unnecessary stops. We were taken directly from Izmir airport to our hotel in Çeşme. Another plus is flight tracking: Even in the event of delays, there are no additional costs and everything is organised reliably.   My family and I travelled from the UK to Izmir in January 2026 for a one-week holiday in Alacati, staying at The Stay Warehouse Hotel and later at Izmir Wyndham Ozdilek Hotel. Based on a recommendation, we chose Ake Tourism to handle all our private transfers, chauffeur-driven car service and guided tours – and it turned out to be the best decision of our trip. From the very beginning, the service felt calm, professional and genuinely premium. After landing at Adnan Menderes Airport (ADB), our driver Ramazan Sarı was already waiting at arrivals with a clear sign and a warm smile. Despite a slight flight delay, everything was perfectly organised. He assisted us with our luggage and led us to an immaculate Mercedes private minivan – spacious, spotlessly clean and extremely comfortable. Travelling as a family, small details matter. Bottled water, refreshments, hand sanitiser and a proper child seat already installed made us feel immediately at ease. The drive to Alacati was smooth and relaxing, and we knew straight away that we were in very good hands. Throughout the week, we also used Ake Tourism’s chauffeur-driven car service, which gave us complete freedom. Whether it was a spontaneous dinner in Cesme or returning late in the evening, Ramazan was always punctual, polite and attentive. Knowing we didn’t need to think about driving, directions or parking made our holiday incredibly stress-free. Ake Tourism also organised several private day tours for us, including Ephesus, Pergamon (Bergama) and Pamukkale. Each tour was perfectly planned, with a professional licensed guide meeting us at the sites. The pacing was ideal – informative yet relaxed – and even our children (7 and 11 years old) were fully engaged. The Pamukkale trip was long, but thanks to the comfort of the vehicle and Ramazan’s smooth driving, it felt effortless. What truly sets Ake Tourism apart is their flexibility and personal approach. Plans were easily adjusted to our family’s needs, without any pressure or rushing. By the end of the week, Ramazan felt more like part of the family than just a driver. We travel frequently and value high standards. I can confidently say that Ake Tourism delivers a level of service that goes beyond expectations. Yes, it is a premium service, but the comfort, reliability and peace of mind are absolutely worth it. If you are looking for private transfers in Izmir or Alacati, or a luxury chauffeur-driven experience for families, I would not hesitate for a second to recommend Ake Tourism.
