  Booked a family trip during the June school holidays in Singapore. When we first did a search on TripAdvisor and chanced upon Jack, we were skeptic at first. However, after our trip, we were so glad that we had come across his page in TripAdvisor and engaged his service. Our trip consists of Shanghai, Hangzhou and Wuzhen, travelling with a total of 8 people (consists of elderly and children). We have lots of enquiry during the planning stage and Jack was able to clear our doubts very quickly. Communication was very prompt and hassle free. Jack used his knowledge and guide us on how to go about planning our 9D8N trip. His rates were transparent and budget friendly. We engaged Jack for airport pick up & drop off services, day tours, city transfers (Shanghai to Hangzhou, Hangzhou to Wuzhen, Wuzhen to Shanghai), hotel accommodation and attractions tickets. He got special agent rates and we are glad it was extended to us. During airport transfers and trip, the drivers came on time and were professional. Jack planned our itinerary and we managed to visit all the attractions we had planned. Jack was good at sharing the history of the places we visited, he used story-telling method which made it interesting and easy for adults & children to understand history. There were little hiccups during our day tour but Jack managed to resolve it promptly. The least thing any travellers will want is to have any issues or “opps, sorry i overlooked..” with or during their trips. We were glad that our 9D8N trip went smoothly with Jack (hotel rooms booked accordingly, show / attraction tickets bought correctly, drivers always early, etc).   Jack is enthusiastic, knowledgable, honest, friendly, capable and reliable tour leader. He led our small group of 8 people for 9 days of private tour around Hangzhou, Wuzhen, Xitang, Suzhou, Wuxi, Taizhou and finally Shanghai. Everyday was packed with enjoyable yet relaxing programs and left us with many beautiful memories. Thank you Jack and also to our friendly and steady bus driver Mr. Zhong for your wonderful services and friendship.   We had an amazing 3-day experience in Hangzhou, all thanks to our wonderful tour guide. He was incredibly informative, sharing rich history, local insights, and interesting stories that really brought each place to life. His knowledge made the entire trip much more meaningful and engaging. What stood out the most was how well he took care of us throughout the journey. He was attentive, patient, and always made sure we were comfortable, whether it was adjusting the pace, or helping us navigate smoothly through each day’s itinerary.   I spent a day with Jack to see specific sights in Hangzhou - he did not disappoint. Jack is earnest, tries hard to ensure you have the information you need and goes out of his way to make sure you have what you want! His Mercedes Benz vehicle is v comfortable.   Though we didn't engage his service in the end. But Jack had been very patient in answering all our queries. He even recommended a few good restaurants for us to try. He is passionate and professional.

  My husband and I spent three days (April 28–30, 2025) exploring Hangzhou with Jack as our driver and guide, and we couldn't have asked for a better experience. From the very beginning, the planning process was incredibly smooth; Jack was highly responsive and made the coordination effortless. ​Jack is a true professional who speaks excellent English. Beyond his impressive knowledge of the city’s history and culture, he is lively and humorous, which made our time in the car and at the sites fly by. He is genuinely helpful, thoughtful and made us feel like we were "always in good hands." His car was luxurious and well-maintained at all times. We thoroughly enjoyed every moment of our trip thanks to him. If you’re visiting Hangzhou, Jack is the guide you want! 10/10 👍

  My mom and I had a wonderful 2-day tour with Jack! He was so helpful from the very beginning, and picked us up at the train station! He is a very funny, informative and kind tour guide. Jack is an expert on all things Hangzhou, and he knew exactly where to go and we avoided many of the queues because he was able to get us right up front! He is very professional, and made sure we had a comfortable journey. He helped us take so many great pictures as well. I would highly recommend booking a tour with Jack, and I know I will next time I visit Hangzhou!

  Jack was incredibly helpful throughout the tour. Jack explained the history with humor that made everything easy to remember and offered useful tips on what to avoid buying on the street. Jack also took great care of my mother, helping her off the tourist boat and he kept reminding us that there was no need to rush and encouraged us to simply slow down and enjoy the experience. Professional, attentive, and fun — Jack made the whole experience memorable.
