  We are so lucky and blessed to have Mr Hong to guide and take care of us throughout our 8 days in Jeju. He always greets us with his cheerful and sincere smile. He always pays attention to the small detail and is patient with all our request. He has a very big and kind heart and treat us so nice and well. His knowledge about unique places and planning skills accomodated our group's needs. All the elderly, young kids and adults really enjoyed the itenery. He also never fails to surprise us with delicious food reccommendations, from black pork, to flatfish sashimi, to ganjang gejang, and many more! He is our guide, driver, and photographer. Overall no words can discribe how appreciative we are of Mr Hong. We will definitely miss him! Thank you so much for your excellent 6 stars service 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

  mr hong is surely the best in his field. i called him at last minute for jeju tour and since he was busy that day he arranged for his collegue driver who was equally good. at every sightseeing place he comes out with you and guides you for buying tickets at discounted rates and personally comes with you at every location. if it rains he will get his umbrellas for you. mr hong is a thorough gentleman, always trying to go out of his way to make his guests comfortable and happy, he speaks english which makes your tour easier when in jeju, without blinking an eye avail of services of mr hong

  During this trip, I met an incredibly kind driver. He is truly such a good person. We had accidentally left our belongings in an Uber the day before. We tried every possible way to contact the driver and the company through the Uber app, but nothing worked, and we eventually had to give up searching for it. The next day, we booked a ride with this driver to the airport and casually told him about what had happened. To our surprise, he went out of his way to help us find our belongings. He even personally brought us to retrieve them—and didn’t charge us anything extra! Honestly, how can someone be this kind? I was so touched 🥹 If you’re looking for a driver for a one-day or two-day trip, I highly recommend him. He is very friendly, helpful, and able to communicate in English. If I ever come back again, I will definitely look for him ☺️ Thank you so much 😊

  Mr Hong’s tour was fantastic! Booking the tour was very easy and Mr Hong was prompt in his replies and stayed in touch leading up to our booking. His car is very comfortable, he provides great recommendations for stops and shared lots of information throughout the day. Would definitely recommend a tour with Mr Hong for your time in Jeju!

  We hired Mr. Hong for three days. Mr. Hong was by far one of the most professional and accommodating tour guide I’ve ever seen. He is one of the few tour guides that speak English in Jeju Island. He made my family feel welcomed and comfortable from the very beginning to the end. Throughout the tour, he carefully explained every sight in detail and laid out the plan in advance. He is also a phenomenal photographer. He joins you every step of the way to ensure you get the group photo you need and is also considerate of your personal time. He is local and knows a lot of the popular tourist sights and local cuisine you would not get to experience if you explore on your own.   Our tour with Mr. Hong was INCREDIBLE! I came here in 1998 as a college student and wanted to share all the beautiful places with my family. Mr. Hong took our family of 5 to all of the amazing places we've been wanting to go to. He contacted me through WhatsApp prior to picking us up. It was nice being able to communicate prior to our tour and during the trip. We started our tour at Osulloc Tea Museum and Innisfree. We taste tested tea and tried new creams. We went to Songaksan Mountain and then the Yongmeori Coast. The beauty of it all was so breathtaking. Then we saw the cliffs, Oedolgae, also walked to the Jeongbang waterfall. Mr. Hong took pictures of us and showed us the best places to capture the moments. We asked him to take us to eat a specific type of seafood and he took us there for lunch. It was AMAZING! We ended our first day at Segowipo Maeil Olle Market and did some souvenir shopping, bought some clothes, and tasted some authentic Korean street food. The next day we toured the west coast of Jeju. We visited Jeju Stone Park, Seongsan Ilchulbong, Seopjikoji. Sangumburi Crater, and Seongeup Folk Village. I can't even express how much we loved day#2! The views and the history was incredible. We met the head master of the folk town and learned so much from him. We had the opportunity to watch the haenyeo (female divers) at work. It was so special to see all of this. Once again, lunch was unforgettable. We ate black pork and our boys loved it so much, we had to order more! Everything was delicious. We've been wanting to visit one of the beaches and so he took us to the most beautiful beach called Hamdeok Beach. We ate and drank tea at Cafe Delmoondo, which was once again incredible with the views. We were so thankful Mr. Hong took us there. He really made our trip special and customized our tour for us. We plan on coming back and will use his services again!   Definitely recommend Mr Hong to everyone for traveling in Jeju. He is warm, friendly, engaging and sincere. When we mentioned we want to go some places which are very popular in social media, he tell us otherwise and give us even better recommendations! All his recommendations are good and we enjoy ourselves alot.
