  Discovered tour from TA but booked directly with Jungewalla as I have done their tours before Our guide Sharool was fantastic. He arrived at our hotel very early but texted us 5 Minutes before pickup time to let us know plate number of van. He provided us with one binocular each and drove us to various spots in Desaru Cove. It was rainy season and there was not an abundance of birds but nevertheless we were impressed by how sharp eye he was helping us to train our binoculars to the direction where he spotted a kingfisher. Highlight of the tour is he found a woodpecker just in front of us and we managed to see her clearly

  Salam and Nurin- our guides - they were a delight to hang out with. We saw a hornbill, jungle foul and an oriole and many more species of birds . They provide binoculars and the car is comfortable. A memorable experience - one of a kind!
