1.00The guide confirmed the tour and pickup time (9am) 2 months in advance when booked. On the day, he didn’t show at 9am. I messaged him and he didn’t respond until 9.20am when he said he’ll only pick us up at 10am. 10min later he sends a message that he will not come anymore and cancels the tour. Such a waste of a day as we had already done everything else in Tbilisi and it was our last day so we couldn’t book anything else and because of this guide, never got to see or experience the wine country. To top it all off, I was told that a refund will be actioned immediately but nothing has been done. I contacted Viator (who took the payment) and they are just not responding. Guess I’ll have to take this further and warn everyone on all available platforms. Very disappointing.

Coming from Greece, we were amazed by how Georgia’s culture, especially its winemaking traditions, felt so familiar yet wonderfully unique. Our guide, Beso, went above and beyond to make the day special for us. He shared fascinating stories about the region, its history, and its traditions, which brought every stop on our tour to life. From visiting stunning monasteries to enjoying wine tastings at picturesque vineyards, every moment felt like a dream. The highlight for us was the incredible hospitality—we even had the chance to enjoy a traditional Georgian feast that was as delicious as it was heartwarming. Everything was perfectly planned, and Beso ensured the experience was tailored to our interests and pace. We wholeheartedly recommend Sunny Tours to anyone looking for an authentic and unforgettable adventure in Georgia!
