別府駅もしくは宿泊先よりピックアップを行い、別府市の「地獄地帯公園」にてノルディック・ウォークのレッスンを行った後、野湯スポットである「鶴の湯」を経由して、「明礬温泉」までノルディック・ウォークを行います。途中「恵美須神社」にお参りを行い、明礬温泉では有名な「温泉たまご」と「地獄蒸しプリン」を堪能いただき「地獄地帯公園」まで戻ります。その後、別府駅もしくは宿泊先へとお送りいたします。

「鶴の湯」は無料の屋外露天風呂です。入浴はせず、そのまま素通りいたします。

The Uchi and Naho are extremely kind and knowledgeable about hot springs and nature

5.00The guides Uchi and Naho were very knowledgeable about the environment and hot springs in the area. We visited a mountain shrine that was over 150 years old. I noticed the shrine was made of stone instead of wood like many other shrines. We had some local delicacies that were cooked using the steam from the local hot springs. There was no issue with translation as they speak both English and have an audio translation device. At the end of the tour they were nice enough to bring my back to the train station and dropped me off at my hotel as I was pretty tired. This tour is good for both the young and old. The Nordic walking style is a full body workout and serves as good cardio. Uchi and Naho were extremely kind and accommodating. I would recommend this tour.
