• A rich tour of our Italian roots

  Our "roots" tour with Nikola to explore my husband's ancestral homeland was so amazing. He provided the background of the Cilento region while driving us up into the mountains and into the small, old village of Sassano. Then, over the course of the full day we explored the streets, walking where my husband's great grandparents would have walked, spending time where they would have worshipped, and touching the very doors they might have walked through before emigrating to the US. We spoke with locals, found very distantly connected relatives and enjoyed a lovely locally sourced lunch. And to top off this whole wonderful experience we had dinner with his family the next day. Such a rich, delightful experience. Thank you Nikola!!

  Nicola and the team made every moment of our tour special. He thought of everything! Even had a wheel chair because he knew I had a knee issue and wanted to be sure I didn’t get tired or sore. He was passionate about the area and we could feel the joy! Plus he surprised us with an anniversary gift to remember the day !

  Our experience with Nikola was nothing short of exceptional. From the very beginning, his attention to detail was on another level—every element of the day felt thoughtfully curated and tailored specifically to us. What truly set this apart was how intimate and immersive the experience felt. Nikola guided us through the beautiful Cilento region, creating a journey full of surprises and unforgettable moments. Highlights included exploring ancient ruins in Paestum, an incredible visit to a local buffalo mozzarella farm, and a private wine tasting that was both educational and indulgent. But beyond the destinations themselves, it was Nikola’s genuine commitment to our experience that stood out most. He constantly checked in, asked for feedback, and adjusted along the way to make sure everything exceeded expectations.   I am a teacher and I have been to Cilento with my school (technical institute for tourism). We had the pleasure of meeting Nicola in the stage of Santa Maria di Castellabate, where he organized for us a team game that combines fun to discover the territory, an innovative way to renterpret the idea of tours and enhance the different local realities. We also tasted the excellent "salt water" homemade by Signoria Lia, her mom, who kindly hosted us in her kitchen! We will recommend it and will gladly return

  With my wife and friends, I went on holiday to Napoli and Paestom. We visited Vesuvio, Pompei, Capri and the Amalfi Coast. We enjoyed many trips around the region. The most amazing trip we experienced was the one with Masaniello Tourist -TOUR LE VIE DEL GUSTO....! Nicola was just brilliant with his program and his personality.   We had the most amazing tour!!! It was completely custom to what we wanted. It was our honeymoon and Nicola made the experience unforgettable! We started in Castellabate and had an amazing experience touring the town. Then we had a private beach meal! We could not have asked for anything better and out of our month it Italy it was our favorite experience!   An absolutely fantastic experience with Nicola of Masaniello Tours. The day included visits to a buffalo mozzarella farm, a family owned winery, as well as a white fig producer- each one was a real gem. It was clear that Nicola has forged strong relationships in the area which gave us access to the very best artisans. He took great care to ensure the tour met and exceeded our expectations. We have travelled extensively and would not hesitate to recommend Nicola and Masaniello tours to everyone! Thank you for an absolutely wonderful experience!

  There is not much more that I can possibly add to 600 5 Star reviews, other than to say that they are all absolutely correct. We spend a full day with Nicola and truly enjoyed every minute, but I must say that his mom stole the show with her magnificent cooking. We will be back. Ciao and Grazie mille!
