  Amazing must do excursion when in Kona. Great crew, small group of travelers compared to other groups. The boat ride is fairly short, but the floating time is enough to see several rays. It is a bit tough to hold on to the platform for the while in the water as your shoulders and arms can start to hurt and you also have a pool noodle to maintain under your lower torso. I am almost 60 and out of shape and I managed (except for getting sea sick). But the amazing experience is worth the slight discomfort.

  Great experience, highly recommend. The manta rays are really beautiful up close! One of the highlights of the vacation for my 15 year old son. Amazing group of people running the tours as well. I feel getting back on the boat and they caught me! Only damage was to my ego. Five stars all around.

  Koa and his team were great. The manta rays are an amazing species and we learned so much about them. We had a great time and saw several manta rays; one practically grazed my leg! A “must do” when visiting Kona!

  my husband and kids said it was one of the best experiences of their life. We were fortunate enough to meet the owner this evening, he brought a chef fresh coconut. We drank the water out of it, and then he had it chopped, so we could eat the meat of the coconut before our trip 10 out of 10.

  We did this tour with our kids ages 11, 13 & 15 and it was unforgettable and amazing! Natalie, Austin and Fischer did an amazing job of making us feel comfortable the whole time....I was nervous to get in the water at night with my kids but Natalie was right there in the water with us. She helped to position us with a pool noodle at our knees and holding onto a lit up raft. She made sure to point out where we could see the best views and even dragged the raft of 12 people to a better viewpoint where we could have the Manta Ray come right under us. Fischer and Austin made sure to watch our surroundings and kept us safe at all times. Afterwards, they answered questions about the Rays and were very friendly. FYI kids under 12 had to wear a life vest (which was comforting) and you could rent a half short sleeved zip up wet suit for $10. The company across the street had wetsuit rentals for $15 a piece. Overall really impressed with the experience and would recommend it to anyone!

  Had an amazing experience! It was raining, water was a little chilly, we brought neoprene tops from home. We saw 5 manta rays- huge! They came right up to our faces. Mom and Dad’s shoulders/arms were tired from holding on to the makeshift float, but well worth it! Our crew- Taco, Kia, and Max were awesome!

  Taco, Koa, and Max kept us having a good time throughout the trip, and it was safe, easy, and of course we saw lots of Rays up close and very personal.
