  I wholeheartedly recommend this company! Wiktoria, who works in the office, organized literally everything for us. She handled the airport transfer, the trip to Auschwitz-Birkenau, and the salt mines very professionally. Our driver Adam picked us up for the tours and told us about Krakow's history along the way. He was very friendly and polite. They both made our stay in Krakow truly special.

  I booked this tour, it would have bern almost £80. I cancelled it and decided to get tickets directly from the Auschwitz museum and make my own way - snd for half the price. After cancelling my trip I received 3 emails from Tripadvisor quoting this company - in addition to a WhatsApp message. I'd advise anyone to buy directly from Auschwitz and make your own way.

  Wonderful experience from start to finish. They really took care of everything from the beginning of trip to the end . They took care of our transfer from the airport, our lunch, and everything in between. I would highly recommend!

  The actual Auschwitz tour and driver were excellent and we ended up having a very meaningful experience. The visit itself was really well organised on the day and we're grateful it went ahead. However, the communication beforehand caused a lot of stress, including requests to change dates and uncertainty about whether the trip would happen at all. As we travelled from the UK for only 3 days specifically for this tour, that was very worrying. Thankfully everything worked out in the end with excellent communication.

  We loved the place; it is a visit that you must definitely make if you are in Krakow. A must-visit. The service was very good!!!! Julián was extremely attentive with the transportation for our baby, and our driver Victoria was THE BEST. She was very willing, providing us with information, patient, and we loved traveling with her. Thank you, Victoria, for your kindness and attention. The only thing we think could improve is the service at the museum and the guided tour. We couldn't take a photo because we were already running from one place to another; we were also not informed that we were entering and exiting through different doors at the various locations, and therefore we had to run to find the car for the baby. It was a bit frustrating. The guide wanted to provide so much information that she spoke almost non-stop, and some things were not clear since at the same time one was trying to take photos, read what was on the walls, observe, and run after her to not lose her. It is a visit that we are not sure if we will repeat, and not being able to dedicate the time we would like or believe each space deserves is a bit annoying. The rest was very good.

  Ada was our taxi driver today, and she was absolutely fantastic. She drove us safely and comfortably, and she went above and beyond in helping us with the tickets/maps for Auschwitz. Her kindness, professionalism, and helpful attitude made our day much easier and more enjoyable. We highly recommend Ada to anyone looking for a reliable and caring driver

  The man arrived on time to take us explained to us what we needed to do and took us direct to the salt mines afterwards he was there waiting for us to bring us back to our hotel was very pleased with service will definitely use again
