  Mateusz Tomaszczyk was an amazing tour guide, showing us the bursting up city and yelling story’s straight from the mind and not from a book or tablet. He showed us pictures of where Schindlers list movie was filmed over the city and fun facts about the movie itself. And ane gave me a surprise birthday cake which was very thoughtful.

  Our guide was Mateusz. He did a great job introducing us to the beautiful city and made special accommodations for a few of us with specific dietary needs. Very knowledgeable and passionate about his city.

  We had the pleasure of spending a day in Krakow with Mateusz as our guide, and it exceeded every expectation. His knowledge of the city’s history… its architecture, the Jewish quarter, and the deeper stories behind each site… was the best! He brought everything to life in a way that no guidebook ever could. What made the experience truly special was Mateusz’s warmth and personal touch, he read our group well, balanced the heavy history with moments of lightness, and made sure everyone felt engaged throughout the day. We brought our teenage grandchildren to visit Poland as part of a broader WWII history journey, his depth of knowledge was exactly what we needed. If you’re visiting Krakow and want more than just a surface-level tour, book Mateusz. You won’t regret it!

  We had a wonderful morning of exploring the highlights of Krakow with Mateusz Thomaszczyk. He shared his knowledge and passion for the city, culture and history in story telling fashion, making it very easy for us to learn about each place in time.   I met Tomasz at the Sheraton hotel just on the edge of the historic core of the city, and had the most delightful, informative and engaging walk and talk of my entire trip! Leaving at 7am with the sun already up in August, it felt like we had even the most popular locations all to ourselves! If you want to really see the castle and its grounds, the historic core of the city, where the walls (and watchtowers) used to stand, and so much more without crowds and without a hurry, get your small group signed up with Tomasz -- it's really something special!

  Mateusz Tomaszczyk was our tour guide and he was simply amazing! We had a slightly rainy day but Mateusz put us at ease and soon into the tour we forgot about the rain. He shared a lot of Krakow history, showed us the most beautiful sites and made sure to learn about us along the way as well! We saw the Wawel Castle, walked around Jagiellonian University, walked through the Cloth Market, had pierogis for lunch and ended in the Main Square. We had lunch on this day as our timing started later than originally planned per our request. Mateusz ordered pierogis that he thought we would enjoy based on what he learned about us in our short time together...! Oh - he even took us to a "Speak Easy" that was so fun to see and learn the history behind the secret spot. I give FIVE stars to Mateusz...!

  we had a 4-hour tour with Mateusz Tomaszczyk and it was great. Mateusz was very knowledgeable on the city and its history. He even recommended some good follow-up sites to see, and some good dinner options. Highly recommend.

  Went on the tour earlier in april. Monika was a fantastic tour guide. The tour was well thought out and really covered all the highlights. Monika also gave great recommendations for what I could visit after the tour to explore the city deeper. A great tour to get a good idea of the city.
