  Karol was our and guide who was friendly and patient. He speaks good English. We booked a private tour to cover Zakopane and Chocolowskie Thermal spas. Highly recommend this tour. Trip was from 9am to 9pm from Krakow.

• A day in the Mountains

  Jacob was our guide today on a private tour to Zakopane and Thermal Baths for my Mother and me. He was such a great guide! Knowledgeable and kind and really made our day work when we added on the Thermal baths stop, after it not being part of our original tour. He was friendly and courteous and made sure we knew what we were doing and what everything was each step of the way. Would book again with Krakow Direct and would request Jacob!

  We had the pleasure of participating in a small group tour of the Zakopane area and Thermal pools in Poland with our guide, Maciek. From start to finish, the experience was exceptional. Maciek’s deep knowledge of the region’s history, culture, and natural beauty greatly enhanced our visit, providing insightful commentary that brought the stunning Tatra Mountains and local attractions to life. The thermal pools offered a relaxing and rejuvenating contrast to the mountain scenery, and the entire itinerary was perfectly paced for a comfortable day. Maciek’s professionalism and enthusiasm made the tour truly memorable for my wife and me. We highly recommend this experience to anyone seeking an authentic and enriching exploration of southern Poland. Rating: 5/5

• Zakopane thermal baths

  Peter (Bob) was our driver and tour guide for the day. He was very informative and helpful. They're was a complication with the booking and payment which was made through the hotel. Bob went above above and beyond to help to sort this problem out by coming into the hotel to explain the mistake the hotel had made with our booking. The trip itself was a wonderful day despite the bad weather. We had three stops which broke up the journey and made it even more interesting. Beautiful villages with ornate wooden houses. Cheese and vodka tasting. Fantastic thermal baths. Great day.

  We were not expecting the amazing day that we booked. Bart fetched us exactly on time. He was friendly and courteous and went above and beyond to accommodate us. We were the only people on the trip with a baby/toddler and he went out of his way to make sure we were looked after. His knowledge of the area and attractions was amazing.   Our driver, Will, was very kind and professional. Thanks to his punctuality and experience, we arrived on time at Krakow airport, skillfully avoiding a major traffic jam. We are part of a tour organized by the Italian agency Polaris Viaggi and we were very satisfied with the service received. Highly recommended! Eliana
