  We had a faultless trip with Swift Buses. They left on time but have no control over arrival time so don't book anything for the same day. The driving felt very safe and they provided water and enough stops to make sure it did not feel arduous. Great value.

  I booked a Kathmandu to Chitwan bus ticket through the Mountain Hike Nepal online site, and the experience was overall good and safe. The journey took over 5 hours due to traffic and ongoing road expansion. For those traveling on a budget, the bus is the best option. I recommend it to anyone who doesn’t mind a longer ride, as you can enjoy scenic river views along the way while keeping your travel costs low.

  Sofa bus left close to time and stopped appropriately for rest breaks. Great river views from window seat. Note that details shown on here, and in automated emails, are confused. Its best to phone or direct message for meeting points and meeting times. Bus had 40 people (not the max 20 stated here) meaning that as a tall foreigner my knees were bumping against seat in front - I used a coat to cushion them. Average height or shorter people will be fine. Note the journey takes approx 7 hours (not 5-6).

  The people who originated this tour -mountain hike, Nepal, were a delight to work with!, Especially MANISH. I even spaced out my vest on the bus and he retrieved it for me! Went way out of his way!

  It was good journey in a standard tourist bus from kathmandh to chitwan. You choose riverview seat to enjoy the scenic view throughtout journey. Road was dusty and except some traffic due to expansion work ongoing on. The best way get chitwan on budget is through the tourist bus with lot other travellers. Recommended trip for budget travel to choose service with Mountain hike team.

  Safe journey with experience driver, Standard tourist bus, on-time service, road is under construction so expected some traffic and bumpy road. Beautiful scenery throughout journey, best options for whoever's looking cheap and safe options.

  Very bad services are of Zing bus, They are really very irritating, when you reach at your pick up point the star asking money for luggage and that even big price like 300 rs per luggage. In that case the traveller has to pay because he don't have any option, if he cancel the ticket then no refund
