交通渋滞などの理由により、急なスケジュール変更や訪問時間が短くなる場合があります。
集合場所に時間通りに到着できなかった場合（ノーショー）の返金はいたしません。
台風などの自然災害が発生した場合は、ツアーを中止し、全額返金いたします。
増水や悪天候で保津川遊覧船が中止になった場合は、5,000円を返金し、代わりに金閣寺までお連れし、京都駅でのツアーは終了となります。
保津川クルーズの安全規定により、身長80cm未満のお子様や0歳 - 2歳のお子様はご参加いただけません。
天候により桜や紅葉が見られない場合があります。
車椅子でのご利用はできません。
このツアーは、たくさんのウォーキングが含まれます。 歩くのが苦手な方は、このツアーを予約しないことをお勧めします。

Sagano Romantic Train
嵯峨野トロッコ列車は、四季折々の美しい色彩を楽しめる素晴らしい体験です。 所要時間は約25分、7.3kmの電車に乗ると美しい景色を楽しむことができます。
亀岡と嵐山の間、保津川の渓谷で美しい景色を体験してください。 ゴージャスな眺めをお楽しみください。 増水や悪天候で保津川遊覧船が中止になった場合は、5,000円を返金し、代わりに金閣寺までお連れし、京都駅でのツアーは終了となります。 （船便が運航する場合は嵐山で終了） 見頃を迎えると、春は壮大な桜、秋は華やかな紅葉が楽しめます！ ピーク時以外でも、美しい景色やトロッコ列車からの眺め、保津川を取り巻く豊かな自然を楽しむことができます。 ※ボート乗船が中止になった場合、旅程は次のようになります。 ・金閣寺観光（拝観料込み/60分） -12:10京都駅到着-ツアー終了

4.00This is a slick operation and you can choose your level of engagement. Ie you can leave the tour when you wish or stick around for the full operation. The men rowing the boat earn every dollar. They were amazing and entertaining

2.00Cancelled boat ride but did not inform us until the bus was in motion. Should have given us the option to cancel. Without the boat trip it was a bus ride to a shrine , bamboo forest and shopping. We could have done that with a 500 yen JR from Kyoto station. We needed to that on the return because they just leave you there. Tour guide was useless.

5.00We both enjoyed the Romantic train ride and the scenery on the trip. The boat ride was fun and our navigators were funny and very kind. Our tour guide, Eiko, and the bus driver were sweet and helpful. Highly recommended this tour.
